Thanks Frodoms_night_ryder wrote: »Ahhh Beanie, erm Lolly, it's not my bday until July! omw what have i done? sorry if i mislead you, where did you see that? gave me a :rotfl:
is this your secret way of saying why havent you weighed in?
lol gotta hang my head in shame because i didnt want to leave my house on sunday as it was cold, didnt have too bad a week, cant have scales in my house as i get obsessed and weigh myself 10 times daily! if i walk up the stairs, i weigh myself, after brekkie, weigh myself, lunch, guess what yup weigh myself, i get really obsessed.
On a good note, i started at both Zumba and Kick boxing today, 50 mins zumba and 1 hour 30 mins of kick boxing, guess who's unfit body will be screaming at her tomorrow? feeling really good though. will weigh myself on sunday, sorry for not doing it and not posting!
Thanks lolly and beanie, your both so lovely, i have missed not posting as well! how sad.
For brekkie today i have had, a chinese pear and cup of mint tea, went to zumba at lunch and after had a sausage and veg pasta, half wholewheat and half white pasta, is it called white pasta? for dinner i had a egg rice ken hom 405 cals, next week i'm going to bring a wrap and eat it on the bus, dont
want to eat too late or too heavy, it's all learning!
Guess what i'm watching? yup fat fighters then biggest loser, not doing sit ups today as i have done all that exercise, but have consistently being doing 135 daily.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: That's given me a good giggle too, lol! Erm, I just noticed the birthday chat and joined in, assumed you had mentioned it elsewhere.
Good to see you back, anyway.
I've just watched Fat Fighters and BL too. I wasn't too sure about FF when it first started, but quite enjoy it now. I love the little tips they give - going to try the cellulite busting leg twirl thingy when my foot's a bit better.
The walk around town didn't happen today - signed up to the Superscrimpers challenge and the first day's challenge was to have a no spend day! Too much temptation in town so stayed at home. Managed to keep busy though and got quite a lot of cleaning and household stuff done - even did a bit of DIY
. I put up a blind (a really big one too!) all by myself - so proud!
(it is ever so slightly wonky, but I'll worry about that tomorrow!)

66.9 kg today. That's - 0.4 kg from a week ago.
Weight has bounced up a bit over the last week or two but appears to be on the way back down.
Going to aqua-fit this morning, 3 x this week, 45 mins each time.

- 1.25 loss for me this week please Fred. Also 4 miles towards the challenge.
I'm loving Tue night tele too - still think FF is a bit weird, but it's really growing on me. Have been watching BL Aus series 2 on Youtube. Makes the Uk version seen really tame. Just wish you didn't have to watch in 10 min intervals.
Lois I have found a line dancing class locally, but apparently there is a waiting list (who would have thought it). Hopefully won't be too long before I can give it a go.
Back is much better, so hopfully will get to bootcamp this weekend. At last I feel like I am getting back to normal after Christmas. Think I will cancel it next year0 -
grrrrr +3lbs this week, think my body is rejecting me and doesnt want me to lose weight. Really winding me up now that i cant lose anything, wish i could go back to last year when i was doing well and actually losing every week.PAD Maker0

+0.8lbs for me this week - thanks, Fred.
I think that is a combination of starting resistance training again and having a cold. Although saying that I think I have been 'treating' myself a little too often, so may need to think about cutting back on that as well
It's so disappointing seeing the numbers on the scale go up. They didn't go up once last year, and now this year I've had three weeks of gains, and only one week when I lost anything. I am about 3 stone from goal, having lost 7 stone, so I wonder if it's just going to be a huge struggle from here on out?
Trying to keep positive, but wow is it tough!0 -

Crikey - I didn't realise it was so popular!
Having said that, when I went yesterday I was feeling a bit crowded out as there were so many people there.
Well done on your weightloss.

Hey Everyone,
Well it's a 2.5lbs gain for me this week.
To be fair, I deserve every ounce of it! My diet has been awful over the last few days, and I've hardly done any exercise.
Onwards and upwards, will do better next week!
Will be happy when I can get dancing again, had a quick go when DS1 and his friends were on the wii yesterday and it wasn't too bad. It wasn't a very 'active' song though. Doubt I'll be jumping around anytime soon, but I think I'll start on the slower routines today and see if I can work my way up.0 -

Hi
Loss of 1lb this week and another 100 stairs since last post so total is 475. Thanks Fred.
Regarding DVDs the one I always go back to (though not as often as I should!) is Davina's Power of Three. I might buy her new one if it has good reviews.
I've also just ordered the 30 Day Shred (£4.99 off Pl*y) which I'm a bit nervous about but it does sound good.August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0
