Lois - Line dancing sounds great. Must check if there are any classes nearby.
I only took up linedancing just over a year ago, but I love it. Don't be put off if you struggle to start off with, it takes practice, but a good class will help you pick up the steps. Try this link to find classes near you.

Hi all
Not feeling great today, I've got a cold, and we've decided to give Chinese New Year a miss tonight. Pity, cos I was looking forward to it, but I really don't feel very sociable and I'll only spread the germs around.
On the plus side, I don't need to worry about counting points for the food! (How sad am I..?!)
I think a hot toddy will be on the cards for later, or at least, a LemSip laced with brandy.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

I have the DVD WoT and really like it - I use KB quite a bit at Bootcamp. Find the one given with the DVD a nice weight for me, but the handle is a bit small (I do have big hands though) I think Fred recommended it to me. Do you still use it Fred?
I did until a couple of months ago when I did something to my back and knee so have been waiting for that to get better properly before starting it again.I have loads of Boots weighing slips pinned to my notice board and yesterday I sorted them all out to find, despite a few ups and downs, I have lost a total of only 5lb since Feb 2010. Time to stop faffing about. I'm not getting bigger but that's not good enough.
I know that feeling0 -

Evening Everyone
Have not been feeling well this week, think my poor body is trying to fight a cold type thing which at the moment is just a sore throat and headache but I have been like this since wednesday! I'm getting a little fed up of it now  So I have not really felt up to exercise but I was so annoyed earlier I decided to go for a run, I know I shouldn't but I was going crazy
Lois- A hot toddy sounds lovely and just what I need, can I have one too ?Hope your feeling better tomorrow.
Lolly - If you don't get to that hospital and get it checked out I think we will all come round and drag you thereSeriously you need that checking now, it has gone on for too long and it is time to look after you for a change.
Franby - Hope your new start goes well, could be worse you could of put on 5lb
Beanie - It was 2yrs ago I came back to this thread and I am so glad I didBut it has seemed to fly by :rotfl: I was shopping the other day and saw some small white marshmallows and I started to giggle I bet the other shoppers must of thought me a little crazy

Morning all
Fred - reporting in with a disappointing STS this week.
Specially disappointing as we didn't go out last night and I'd been planning all week to allow for the extra food and drink and we didn't have it!
Still not feeling great, although I did sleep better after the hot toddy - OH added a slug of brandy and some honey to a lemsip, very nice.
AllIwant - sounds like you've got what I've got - mainly sore throat and headache. My head feels like it's full of spaghetti!
Jess - let us know how you get on with the linedancing.
I'm going to make an effort to go to linedancing this afternoon, although I'm not sure I'll manage 2 hours.
Have a good day everyone.

Hi Frodo - what is bootcamp?
Didn't make it to linedancing today, not feeling up to it, but we did go for a walk. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
