    Afternoon all :)

Well I've had a good day today, went for a 4km walk this morning, then after lunch I cycled 1km, did 2 hours line dancing then cycled 1km back, but boy, are my knees complaining!

Had an invitation to a party today and feel a bit guilty for not going, but it would have meant missing line dancing and I'd have had lots of temptation to eat party food and drink wine, so I decided not to go.

We're going out on Sunday to celebrate Chinese New Year so I'm saving some points for that. It's the year of the dragon.

Well done to all everyone on the chart this week, there are some good results there.

    Catch you later.

    Hey Everyone,

    Welcome back Lois! :)

Missed weigh in yesterday as I was caught up in the excitement, lol. The Boots 75% off sale started - it was madness!!! Got some great bargains though :money: Also got the results of an assignment back - got an 84!!!!! :j:j:j

Ate out twice today - feel kinda sick now :(. Craving healthy foods, lol. I'll have to have an extra 'good' day tomorrow. Going to try and stay in as much as possible over the next couple of weeks as I have lots of work and DIY to do so should be able to avoid eating out for a while :).

Really struggling to get back into exercise, although I may have a good excuse for that... I may have a broken foot!!!!! It's still not better (after almost two weeks) - I'm getting used to walking on it now, but no real improvement. Was speaking to someone who'd had broken a bone in their foot (can't remember which bone) and they said that it is possible to be able to walk around on it and not realise that it's broken. A little worried now. Should probably get it checked out, but I really don't like going to the doctors/hospital... May give it a bit longer.

Anyone had any experience of anything like this? Or advice on what I should do?

lolly~ I think you should go & have it x-rayed.
As you might be doing more damage walking about on it.

    Hey everyone

Sorry I haven't been around Fred, I have been far too busy with the wedding and some other health issues that I just haven't had time to diet and weigh myself.

Lolly, I think you should ask a doctor to have a look at it. Last year when I badly sprained my ankle, I was told to walk on it to make it better but if it was broken then they would have told me to keep off it.

You really need to get it seem to now. Depending on which bone it is, you can walk on a broken bone. It is so much more difficult to treat if left and could seriously cause you problems in years to come and may even result in you needing surgery. Not trying to scare you, just concerned as I have seen this happen. If its not broken you have got nothing to lose except a few hours time.
The hospital really won't mind you getting it checked out. In fact they will be eager to investigate. Have you got boney tenderness as this is usually a good indication of a fracture?
