Well one of my kids have broken the tv remote, which means i can not turn it over to get the wii turned on. I have used my bathroom scales this morning (which always make me 2lb heavier than the wii) and by looking at them it seems i am a sts.

Thanks Jess :). I love it too, probably even more than my DS does :o, lol.

Mr B (Mr Bloater) started a challenge - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3690245 He basically aims to lose 2 stone and gain 2 grand in 4 months. Anyone is welcome to join him :)

    Hello all

I'd like to rejoin this thread if I may? I used to be a regular here a few years ago and I've seen a few familiar names, so some of you might remember me.

I've battled with my weight all my life and had varying success in the past with diets. In 2002 I reached a healthy weight after losing 7 stone on Slimming World, but 10 years on and I'm back where I started.

This time I've decided to do WeightWatchers and I've signed up for 3 months online. I'm getting on well with counting the points and I'm really pleased that fruit is pointless on the new ProPoints system - last time I did WW you had to count it, and I find fruit great for snacking on instead of something sweet/fattening.

So far this year I've lost 9 pounds which I'm pleased with. I do need support and encouragement though, and I've tried the WW forum, but haven't found it very friendly, so here I am! :)

When is the chart published now? I weigh in on Mondays but that can be changed.

Started the 30 day shred yesterday, thighs are hurting this morning.

Same here!! I did the DVD last Wednesday and was still in pain 3 days later... ouch! However, I finally convinced myself to try again yesterday and I'm much better this time around so much so that I'm doing it again tonight :p

By the way - what kg weights do people use with these types of DVDs? I've just ordered a 0.5kg, 1kg, 1.5kg pack which I thought would be suitable, but the people on grabbit boards are just laughing??
You were only killing time and it'll kill you right back

The man at the gym said that is more then enough cardio, but by exercising that much it could be 6-12 weeks before i notice anything on the scales!

Hi Lois - we remember you (and Superman!). You can continue weighing on Mondays and just post your result when you weigh and I'll pick it up.

I've added you and your 9lb loss to the chart ready for your next weighin.

I love the 30 day shred - I use 2 empty diet coke bottles filled with water/sand for my weights as they are curvy which makes them easier to hold.

Ok Beanie I'll give you some distance for that - have you triked this week?
