Don't worry about it - you can't undo it so no point in worrying.

As you say day 1 tomorrow and keep going - we've all done it and are still here to support everyone else.

Ms Night Ryder - don't beat yourself up, sometimes having a massive binge before starting (for real!) could be the best thing for you. I know the days before my healthy start, I gulped down bottles of Crabbies ginger beer, stuffed my face with crisps and completely sickened myself of chocolate. ;)

It seems that my body is now craving the healthy fruit and vegetables, which is more than I could ask for. It will show on the scale, so don't fret.:D

    Hey Everyone,

Not been on for a while, will catch up later. Not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. I hurt my foot at the weekend and it still really hurts now, I've been hobbling around as best I can, but that's it as far as exercise goes. I also gave in to the temptation of Dominos pizza after a few drinks on sat (and yes, the drinking and the hurt foot are related :o, lol). Oh, and to make matters worse, I've got Laryngitis, so can barely speak - which is a pain and a half! :(

Can't do much at the mo, was considering a power plate session doing things like sit ups and push ups - that should be ok. I've got power cords for it too so could work on my arms. Really fed up of hopping around, croaking at people - I really do look silly, lol.

  • Interesting post MargaretClare. I agree that the Food Doctor's suggested portion sizes are probably smaller than what I am used to because I tend to eat 3 reasonable sized meals per day and my snacks are small, a handful of nuts, a mini-babybel, a mini pepperami, but I am going to have a think about whether it is a sustainable way to maintain. Maintenance has always been my big problem! I have also just got Marissa Peer out of the library (trying to be MSE) "You can be thin" which has good reviews and addresses the psychological reasons for over-eating. I am determine to crack this!

3 lb loss for me this week :j
Also, 118 flights to add - mostly from the weekend. Foot still hurts today and isn't getting any better, may have to consider going to the docs :(. Thought it'd start to get better by now, falling behind with the challenge.

    66.5 kg today. That's - 0.2 kg from a week ago.

I seem to be stuck around that point.
