    Hi

Another 30 climbs yesterday - total now 310. I need to do more as average is now just under 70. I did also walked to town and back.

And I still need to tighten up on the eating!

  • I've managed to go from NO exercise at all before christmas (other then pottering round the house or heading to where ever i needed to go), to a fair bit of exercise this week.
I've managed two 3 mile walks, one 2 mile walk and 70 mins constant swimming.
I've also joined the gym, so time allowing (OH being home to look after our daughter) i can do gym, classes or swim.

Compared to how i used to eat, constantly snacking, quick fixes, higher fat foods more often like sausages, and jars of sauces, i've managed to curb it quite a lot too, my veg level is up, and my carbs are well down, very little bread or potato all week at all. ( not that i have cut these altogether)
There is still much room for improvement, however, checking the scales i'm not too impressed to see that they haven't really moved, 0.2 of a pound.
I'm trying to not let that put me down, but its easier said then done, when you feel you have made an effort to eat better and do exercise ( i walked the dog for hour last night at 8pm when it must have been minus 1 or something!)

    Thanks everyone!

Its a first for me being SOTW. I'm not going to get used to it though, finding it tough this week. Get weighed on Monday again (dreading it).
  • Another 2.5 mile walk today, grilled turkey and veg for lunch, breakfast biscuits, for breakfast, so far feel its a good day :)
