Lolly think i got your 3lbs
+3lbs for me this week
Sorry Mandz, I wondered where it had gone, lol!
(P.S - please don't send it back next week!)
Feeling really fed up after being stuck in the house with my bad back. Trying to keep busy to stop stiffening up but a bit limited as to what I can do at the minute.
Aww, I hope your back improves soon. I've had a bit of a taster of it with my foot this week, it really is frustrating when you want to do things but can't.0 -
Look on the bright side jess & lolly that hopefully it is temporary.

Here's this weeks Everest Chart:
Well done to everyone taking part - Beanie I've added 3 miles for your trike and yoga so 2.5 miles for you to go to reach the summit from the actual bottom of Everest (as opposed to Base Camp).
Here's the chart for the country challenge:
Congrats to Scotland who've won this week. :T:T:T

Started the 30 day shred yesterday, thighs are hurting this morning. waititng for my mum to bring me my dumbells back today so i dont have to use juice bottles and hopefully it will help my more. My sister got me a propoints calculator from her ww meeting the other day and my mum is bringing it up today. I have worked out how many propoints i am allowed for the day and i am borrowing a few of my sisters ww books so i can see how it goes on ww instead of paying to go to classes.
I am ready to start again and shift the weight that i need to. Cant wait for it to get warmer though so i can walk further and for longer. Not fair on my son to be walking for an hour in the cold.PAD Maker0 -
Alliwant~yes I go to a yoga class.
Not always fun but the people that go are lovely & dont laugh at me too much:rotfl:

Back on the healthy eating today, cold feeling much better at last.
Managed a 30 min swim ( first time in a very long time) and thinking of committing to the gym (so long as i can get child care to cover it twice weekly)
I need to get back onto doing the stairs for everest ( easily tempted away, and my dads house doesn't have any!).
I'm trying to ensure i do some exercise daily, or at least every 2 days, this is big move, as before i wouldn't do anything except potter about the house, so i'm hoping this is helping my muscles to build back up, so i can do more exercise etc.
Thanks for the charts Fred, i have my flights as 160 total, so could you add that in please?5lb monthly challenge 0/120
