Erm, a lot! Ok, if Everest is 11,328 ft.. that makes it 135,936 inches. I think the Wii board is 3 inches high, so you would have to do 45,312 steps, lol.

hey guys, only me, i seem to be treating this thread as a personal journal lol.
I did get up early enough to walk today, prridge and a enchilada for lunch, frube and clem as a snack.
However went to my aunties to help her set up ebay and she said oh i thought i would wait until you came before i had dinner, so of course i felt i had to eat with her, had chips, fish in batter and onion rings, couldnt really say no, it was all done in the oven, think it was from icelands.
Not feeling to good today, been feeling light headed all week, so staying in tomorrow and weighing myself sun, so i am going to make the sit ups tomorrow instead, so 240.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

I have completed, this morning, 20 weeks turbofire programme :T (or 21 weeks as the case may be as I repeated a week due to sickness). Started way back in August 2011
I'm well pleased :j I enjoyed every minute of it except the 40minute stretch which I found too long :rotfl:
I will rest tomorrow (or go for a leisurely jog if the weather is good) then I will start a hybrid of Insanity & Turbofire on Monday for 4 weeks. I'll see what'll happen after that.
Good luck y'allSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Reading about all this done in the oven i.e. pre-prepared and bought from Iceland, reminds me of an incident when my first husband was alive. We were watching a TV programme about food and poverty and how much it cost to do food shopping. There was a single dad on benefits with 2 boys about 8 and 10, the TV camera followed them around the supermarket. The very first thing the dad put into his trolley was a bag of frozen chips. I've never forgotten my husband's reaction. He went ape-!!!!. 'If you're so poor, why buy frozen chips? If you want chips why not buy potatoes - they're cheap enough - and make your own chips?' He was incensed. BTW, he did make lovely chips himself, and he never bought a frozen chip in his life. Nor have I.

Well done Matryoshka :T:T:T
Thanks everyone for your good wishes. Back feeling a bit better, but still having to move very carefully or get shooting pain in lower back / right hip.
Will give it a few more days rest then try to get back to the pool / gym to do some gentle exercises. I was wondering whether the crosstrainer would be best to start with as it is low impact? Anyone else with back problems and if so do you have any advice?
Fred - will you take me off the Everest Challenge as I don't think I will be able to do it now. Thanks, Jess0 -
Hi
Best wishes to those not feeling well, look after yourselves.
Fredsnail - thank you for the charts and yes, I'm a bit erratic in posting my climbs and I can see editing is confusing so if you just want to take the total on Weds from my sig that will be fine. If I forget to update it's my problem!
I have done another 50 as of last night and am now at 120.
I'm still eating slightly too much but that post-Christmas sluggishness is subsiding. I'm hoping to start swimming again next week and hopefully will make some progress.August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0 -

Erratic posting is fine - I check all the posts so you can post as and when but to make sure I pick them all up just make sure it's a new post each time and I shouldn't (fingers crossed) miss anything.
Have got you now at 120 :T:T0 -
Thank you Fredsnail for working this out for me.
I have done 2 bootcamps this week 90 mins. I will look to see what distance it is in the swimming baths.
Did 10 flights of stairs today. Not counting normal up and down stairs, just counting when doing it for exercise.DFW Nerd 1394.
