    Congrats to our SoTW Jess444.

Well done to all the losers and STSers this week, commiserations to the gainers - tomorrow is the first day of the next week - you can make a difference.

  • Well I weighed myself yesterday, and I'm 10st 12lbs. Aim is to lose a stone, although to get it down to 10st on the dot I'd be happy!

Day two doing slimfast, we're out for dinner tonight though so going to have to analyse the menu for a dinner thats less than 600 calories...

    Thanks :-)

  • Eric, sorry that you've been ill. Miss your wise words on here. Sounds like you need a big bowl of chicken soup to bust those bugs! Apparently there really is something in it, that is good for bug busting, but it has to be made from chicken pieces with the bones in them, like thighs, rather than chicken fillets.
    Get well soon!

  • Oops, forgot to post my loss for last week - it was 1.6lbs off.

I've now lost over 5 stone, which is quite exciting!
  • Wow WofT, you must have a whole new wardrobe by now! Congratulations on your weight loss. I have only dropped two dress sizes, I know that I really need to exercise to tone up, but with two small children and a job, find it impossible. I do have Wii fit, but the children tend to monopolise the TV....

  • Conrats Jess on SOTW, well done you. :T:T:T

Eric was wondering were you had been. Hope you get well soon.

I think we have all been guilty of not posting often enough of late. I will try to find time to get on here more often, as I really do find everyones progress encouraging and motivating. :)

Will post my weight loss/gain after weigh in tomorrow. :p

Fredsnail I have not had much time for walking or treadmill of late as life been getting in the way. I have though maintained my 45 minute early morning bootcamps 3 timesa week. Do these count in any way as milage?

Jess I find bootcamp can actually be more rewarding in the wind and rain. Maybe that speaks volumes about me lol. :o

Well! I find myself scratching my head a bit here, grateful for any insight.

Am +1lb again this week - yet according to the scale my body fat has decreased over the past week from 52% to 45.7%, which seems a huge drop to me. Is this fat turning to muscle, or simply wonky scales?

Help! I don't know whether to laugh or cry :o
