STS for me this week. But considering I had lost 2lbs by sat and then quickly put it back on I'm very disapointed.

Oh well, start another week tomorrow

Well done to all the other sts's and loosers

  • Cazmfc - it is impossible to gain that much FAT so quickly, the weight is probably just fluid retention, especially if you have been low carbing. I find that I can put on a terrifying amount of weight if I slip up and eat bread, I think that it is wheat in particular, but I lose it just as quick when I get back to eating normally again.

Sorry if this is too late Fred - a 2.75 lb loss for me this week. This is most, but not all, of what I gained as a result of the wedding. Hopefully get back to my pre wedding weight next week.

I have only managed 1 mile of swimming for the challenge so far - must try harder.

Interestingly enough they were saying at Fat Club tonight that if you eat bread or drink diet drinks you need to drink lots of water to flush it through.

    Eric~you are very quiet.
    Hope all is well?

I was thinking the same too - this is why the forum is so quiet.
If you lurking Eric - hope you are well x

I just had to come and share my new interest with you all, for the 2nd week I have been rock climbing on an indoor climbing wall :j That is something that 18 months ago would not have been possible, let alone some poor person being able to be on the other end of the rope  But my upper body strength is rubbish so I am struggling a little but I hope with regular visit's it should help with my Bingo wings and also improve my upper body strength :D

Sorry to gush but I am so chuffed to tick another goal off the list :o

    Jess

    im still about

been massively busy at work and have gone from one flu type bug to another, had 10 odd days of feeling blurgh with a bit of a temperature, then had a week with a couple of runs in and now I have been bad again for over 2 weeks, still not right now slight temp and a bit of a sore throat, slept all weekend and been going to bed at 9, only up atm as i am flashing my iphone with ios5 :p

so i have taken the opportunity to try and eat "normally" ie not counting what i eat and see where it goes

posting STS's to date, i have been pretty much sticking to primal and about 120g of carbs a day

I did try some oats and was so sick and washed out for 4 days afterwards never again ...

i hope i can kick this bug soon, desperately need to start running again :(
