What about a more classy piece of jewellery? A nice necklace or bracelet?
Or a good bottle of champagne (I'd recommend Veuve Clicquot)? May with a couple of crystal flutes to drink it out of?:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

How about something like a newspaper from the day of her birth - will age with her (unlike an object with 21 on it!), and is always nice to keep. They usually come gift boxed too... You should be able to get a genuine archive paper too - not a cheap copy...

Ok not quite moneysaving but my DD will be 21 on 7 Nov and is in China studying Mandarin.
DH and I will be over there to help her celebrate and although we are getting her a camera (not too complicated or expensive) we would like to get something for her as a keepsake. We got her some jewellery for her 18th so I'm looking for different ideas for her 21st.
Can anyone help me out with some inspired suggestions because I'm totally lost?:)This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
