The Matrix - Re-Evolution!!

Morning Matrix.

I have husband available. Free to a good home. Oh stuff it... I'll pay you to take him away. He is driving me insane. I am attempting to tidy and clean the house before Christmas so I won't be embarrassed to allow people into the house over the festivities. Apparently this makes me some kind of weirdo and hubby is doing his level best to get in my way. I have told him to either get with the programme or go and bother someone else (I think the exact words were "Go and get under your Mother's feet, will you?!") but he is now sitting on the sofa looking mortally wounded because I am not tidying and cleaning to his own plan. His plan is to sit on his bahookie and watch telly. My plan is to get up and get it done. THEN sit on my bahookie watching telly. Why is this so difficult for him to understand?

Men. Can't live with them, can't bury them under the patio.

Sigh. Onward to the cleaning and tidying then.

I have just made my first Approved Foods order - HELP!! Gone to check out but cant progress as it says " couldnt find delivery method" - I have checked and re ckecked address postcode etc and even tried to adjust "I will pick up in person" bit - address etc OK but cant change the box that say pick up in person - just keps defaulting back _ AAARGGH! I have emailed them but I am guessing nobody there on a weekend or they are very very busy. ADVICE PLEASE. Thanks

None taken - its just an awful lot of people who I have spoken too think this is what people will be doing and the ONLY reason why people are striking now...hardly. Losing a days pay at this time of year is no joke and its a double whammy in our house as OH also on strike

Fab news TMIF wont hurt seeing him again

Well we had a bargain today, A piece of carpet for ds1's room for £10! Its 80cm too small for the room, but he wanted his floorboards painted then a rug for the middle, but all the rugs were so expensive. Blah is up there prepping the floorand cleaning skirting boards to get some work done until the walls are dry to be able to paint.
