Thanks very much - swigs it down in one  Friend just popped round with a bottle of homemade mead for dh's birthday last week so I have had a yummy warm bath with lush bath bomb I found when decluttering bathroom cupboards last week and am now in pj's drinking mead and watching rugby on tele. Life is indeed good.

  • Happy Friday evening Matrix .

Reporting in at the end of an MG 12-hour power-day. Achieved loads of domestic stuff so feeling much better. Plans are to do exactly the same tomorrow - Mr Thrifty can be on chauffeur duty and drive dd and ds wherever they want to go. This house will be whipped into shape in time to watch Doctor Who tomorrow night :D.

I'm on my way home :) like FW I won't need to eat for months when I get home. I haven't eaten so much meat for years - smallest steak was 8oz and steak was what we were eating... Served with lobster mac and cheese, potatoes cooked with cream and ham and even spinach cooked with cream!

Better log off... Need to get ready to find the plane! I'll catch up properly over the weekend.

Crickett - it is on it's way!! one more step is all it takes, winners take the last steps, wannabes give up and wonder what if?

On i-phone I think because absolutely no punctuation - LOL

    This is SO true!

I'm sorry that they asked you to resubmit, but I guess it's less than 10% if you look at it percentage wise, which sounds more doable than thinking of it in terms of pages.

It's a pain in the posterior, but it is doable and will SO be worth it in the end. Go crickett! :j

Best of luck to Horace and glad claire is chirpier as well. :)

Up early today as I am off to do a car boot sale - on my own  I haven't done one on my own before, so I am a bit daunted and worried in case I need the toilet (which I usually do!). I have quite a bit of stuff to go and really just wanted to see if I could sell it beofre passing it over to charity as any money made will be going to the moving fund!

    Have a good saturday everyone.......

Good luck at the car boot sale Tenmah.. I have lots of stuff to go but Mr C refuses to do a car boot and I am wary of doing one on my own, having never done one at all before.

I wish I had a reason to be up at silly oclock other than just not sleeping. Oh well, my inspirations board will be done and my ideas book full if nothing else.

hi guys not been here for a bit and i wont for a few more days..

got some good news about the debt (12 more payments then debt free :j:j)

then got bad news my nan has had a stroke and might not make it :(:(
so im off today to go back home to wales to see her, and have to get back tonight so will be goosed tomorrow.
i dont think i will get there for visiting hours...what do you think are my chances of them letting me see her for a bit before the trek back to preston??

hope everyone else has a good weekend though
If we can put a man on the moon...how come we cant put them all there?

  • Sorry to hear about your nan Webitha. I would go along and just explain to the nurse at the desk on the ward. I have been allowed to visit outside hours before now due to travel problems but I do think it depends on the individual. Hope you get to see your nan.

    Hugs and positive thoughts.
