Oh dear Clare you really are in the thick of it today. FW is so right but maybe tonight you just need to have a little wallow. Go and eat something if that is how you feel because if you deny yourself the temptation will increase and you will end up feeling worse and giving in anyway. Alternatively, think about something else that you know brings you happiness and go do that. Have a sing at the top of your voice (open the fridge door and sing something silly to your object of desire and see if the need to eat dissipates).

I lazed this afternoon and did some research on the job I am applying for, I have so many big ideas already:D I shall do the application later when I am in a better mood, I shall sit down tonight and do my workings out for the council and send it all off to them. I need them to carry on contributing towards my rent. I will phone CCCS too on Monday about the vile creditor because I just do not have the energy to deal with them.

I will be listing stuff on fleabay and meeting up with MSE peep tomorrow. I am looking forward to it:D

A lovely Friday of tired ratty children, tired ratty parents and teachers and come home to tired ratty family - am ready to hit the booze and it's only 7ish! Dd is sulking in the back room (no idea why) ds is playing tennis on wii, dh is loafing on one sofa and I am loafing on the other one - sounds like a perfect way to end the week.

Sorry it wasn't better news Crickett - definitely shove all thoughts of it in a cupboard till after the birthday hols and then attack, attack, attack.

Claire hope the injection brings some relief for you.

Very small plans for the weekend include a lot of loafing and a lot of sleep and catching up with dull stuff. Looking forward to Sunday night though as Spooks and Downton Abbey are both on (my split personality loves both!)
