Gulp!!!
Just been out to post my letter to the Bank to find out how much I still owe them on the personal guarantee. I have never had a balance or a statement on this - so fingers crossed the news is good - nice and low.
Got a scratchy throat so think I will turn in early with some tea and beloved kindle - Oh how I can live LOL

House was tidy and clean and is now full of fairy cakes and ginger biscuits baked by dd and her friend without (mostly) adult help and they are actually quite nice.
School work still being got through slowly - but been concentrating on playing with kids a bit too much.
Did have a marble moment this afternoon when the girls made us a 'bower' out of bush cuttings from yesterday and we had a ceremony for the best mums in the world at which I was presented with a lovely bunch of weeds! We even had to parade into the area on a red carpet (aka orange towel) and have our photos taken by the press (the 2 boys with hats on)Mortgage £119,533 going down slowly

Why don't you have access to this information electronically and can you make them give it to you?
And I'm trying not to get wound up by a thread on OS where someone has been told by a GP that B12 deficiency is due to vegetarianism... Its accepting that kind of answer that results in the real cause going uninvestigated. Vegans MAY have difficulty dealing with B12 deficiency as they don't have a dietary source, but any vegetarian with a balanced diet should be OK.0 -
Oh Dorastar, what a lovely image I have in my mind of your ceremony0

Because they have been singularly inept throughout the whole situation - as soon as the guarantee is cleared there will be some serious payback I'm afraid

Should be more than OK - and I agree, its something that really needs investigated as it can really seriously muck up how you feel.

Ooo dont get me started too :mad:Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -
shout out to Fantasia, just to say hello and wondering how you are. Thinking about you and sending good wishes.
Greenbee, I will decline looking. I am not in the right frame of mind to just shake my head. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -

I was very restrained... I'll leave the shouting to others. Did mine at work earlier...
Bed time now I think... Insomnia only kicks in in the mornings so I need to get the hang of early nights. The good news is that I have been eating properly for the last few days, and meal planning appears to be working for me. The house is still clean and the ironing came back todayand I even had space for it in the airing cupboard!
