Oh Livvy, have just caught up with a diary, really sorry that you're having so much trouble. I'm sure it will be sorted out eventually but that doesn't make it any less stressful.

Really hope that you get an offer on the house soon which enables you to move on.

    Hi there,
Hi Mummy, Hi Alibob, thank you for your support.

I went to the solicitors yesterday and basically she said that the car is a marital asset and therefore he needs to sell it and share the profit (which will pay the loan), or he takes on the loan himself. I have provided all the evidence to show I paid 8k money off the marital debt last year and she said if he doesn't cough up then I will take the money out of the capital of the house. So basically I have agreed with him 60-40 but if he doesn't pay for the car then I will take 70-30.

We are going to tell ex's solicitor that I offered DD on a Saturday night and he refused (which I did) so now I have reconsidered.

I feel this is all just one big nightmare because he is lying about things and I am suffering. I have to pay out £780 in loans every month which made me cry in the solicitors. Also the money he gives me for DD doesn't even cover her nursery fees....solicitor not happy about that either.

Anyway yesterday I ordered SKY but I had to do it on the phone as the old account was still activated for some reason. They have set up a new account for £12.50 a month for 6 months and credited me £50 off my first bill. Hopefully topcashback will still register my purchase through them but if not never mind.

DD's dancing clothes are at the post office so will pop out and get them at lunch time, I have told her I need to get them off Postman Pat. She keeps talking about her dance teachers and she can't wait to go again.

The weather here is shocking, its that stupid fine rain that leaves you soaking wet with frizzy hair.

Oh forgot...viewing went well. She said I had a lovely house, but they both have a house to sell first. Have another viewing on Wednesday next week and they are renting at present so fingers crossed.

    Hi Livvy,

You have certainly no shortage of viewings!! Fingers crossed for the people renting, they could be the ones!!

Im glad you got some answers from the solicitors, sounds good and hopefully ex will realise soon he cant get away with these things.

When will sky turn up to reconnect you then? x

Im hoping ex gets bored or gets backed into a corner. What annoys me is he is doing it just to be nasty and I am going to make sure he doesn't get away with it. He knows he has to pay that loan...wonder if he has lied to his solicitor? He must have I guess.

SKY are coming a week on Saturday. We will just have to make do until then.

    Hi Diary,
Hope everyone has had a lovely bank holiday. I spent some quality time with DD and it was so nice. I also spent time with friends and drank far too much (which I paid for the next day).

I took DD to soft play and then to a farm yesterday, it was a bit nippy but it was so nice to have the time for her. She had her usual ballet and tap on Saturday morning too. I have just been totting up my spends and which accounts to move money from.

Not bad really, including food (£35 for fresh stuff to make up meals) and petrol £61, I have spent £200 on the whole weekend. Ate out twice and bought some essential cosmetics. I can't buy anything unnecessarily at the moment as money is tight...but I am certain I will get back what is owed to me.

My car has had another light appear, so that is in the garage today. I am hoping that it is breaks as I knew I needed new pads etc anyway.

I have had a plan where ex is concerned! If he doesn't pay the car loan and admit he is wrong, then I will stay in the house I am in until DD is 18. He will have to pay half the mortgage and won't get his equity.

    Hi Mummy,

I don't know, but somewhere along the line there has got to be something that is going to make him admit to paying the car. I don't think he will dare admit at the moment because he won't want to look like he was lying.

I think if he thinks he will lose some money then he might change his mind but at the moment he has me over a barrel and I'm not giving up.

    Hi Diary,
Today I have mostly been looking at my figures lol.

Nursery have finally paid me back for my c*ck up earlier this month so I am not longer OD in my new bills account.

My car cost me £344 (ouch), the MOT is due on Friday too so thats another £50 or what ever it is.

Mum has been to Asda and got me my potatoes, bread and crisps so thats me hopefully sorted now food wise until pay day.

I was expecting to feel on top of the world today as I haven't had a glass of wine for two nights (thats a long time in my world), but I still felt groggy so I have had some hayfever tablets and they seem to have done the trick.

Bought DD some more princess sparkly nail varnishes today, she absolutely loves them and paints her nails at least 3 times a day with the little one we got out of a machine. I bought them through topcashback, won't work out much but it all adds up.

    House viewing at 5:15! Groan.

    Hey diary,

How awful is this weather? Its all grey and wet outside and we must have had so much rain in the night as my back garden is looking flooded towards one end.

Just having my HM lunch...a ham sarnie! Very boring but its cheap.

When I got home last night the invoice had arrived from the bloke we bought the car off, although its not the original it shows we part ex'd one car for another and what we paid difference. Also it shows the date we bought it and that tallies in with when we got the loan so it might help in my defence over the stupid loan payments.

When ex brought DD to the front door I gave him the letter which says that the direct debit has been cancelled for his mortgage protection (it was in his name) and how much he owes them. He started to open it so I quickly said bye, shut the door and locked it. Im not paying for it because he doesn't give me enough to cover any bills, he will probably just take it out of the joint account....he obviously has no conscience.

House viewing cancelled again yesterday 10 to 4 !!!!!!? So I went mad with the estate agents as I had a meeting at 4 and if I had been in it they wouldn't have been able to tell me.

Anyway I need to start thinking of the positive things that happen every day that move me forward to fab new life, haven't got any yet today but its only early.

Bought some false eye lashes earlier...going to give the individual ones a go.
