Hi mummy,I so hope I get a buyer.
Yes DD starts half day nursery in September. Thank you for letting me know about utility bill, I will take a couple if bills and bank statement and order new medical cards. Hopefully this will do it. I worry about everything at the moment so that's put my mind at rest.

Hey Diary,
Well not off to a very good start today, I came in to work to find a great big ladder in my tights so needed to go home and change them...!!!!!!!
I did manage to find DD's medical card though, but now I am not sure what I have done with my passport.
Pay day YEY! Nothing off ex yet though, I have a feeling he will leave it as late as possible so I need to send yet another solicitors letter.
House viewing tonight and then Mr T delivery tomorrow night. I have filled in my menu plan and reckon I can go 5 weeks on what I buy from Mr T and Mr Als.
I called Primus (who I am getting my phone line with) and they can add my broadband (when the line is cleared) for £13.99 a month. There is a one off fee of £25 but I get a free wireless. So I am happy with that.
Nothing else to report, having a flat day.

Hi Livvy,
Boooo to the ladder, how flaming annoying ! Do you live far from work?!
Hope your day got better xMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Diary,
Hi Mummy, aw not far but the weather was awful. It didn't get much better because I went to Aldi and my bag for life snapped!!! Luckily I was only putting the bag in the trolley.
OK well ex has paid his money into the wrong one of my accounts and it is still outstanding the other half of the loan payment. I was thinking though, when this all goes to court he is going to look really bad for knowingly only paying half for something I have already paid for and I have the proof.
What goes around comes around doesn't it?
I emailed the solicitor and she said she hasn't heard anything else from him or his solicitor
My broadband went off last night (ex has cancelled it in his name), so I have rang Primus (who I got of this website) and they are going to take over my broadband as well as my phone and I will get 40gb and free wireless for £15.78 a month. Happy with that.
I have another house viewing tonight, I need to dash home and do a quick clean at 4:30 for the viewing at 5:30.
A bit like last night when I dashed home for Tescos delivery and he was waiting outside.
I can't wait for my hectic life to calm down.

Hi there,
Hi Mummy, the viewers didn't turn up! I was really annoyed and I have called the estate agents this morning and whinged like made about it.
I am feeling a bit brighter today, well I couldn't get much lower than last week lol. My lip was tripping me up.
I have had a very productive weekend and finally got some washing and ironing done.
Checked bank accounts this morning and all is looking OK. I have ordered SKY and they are coming on Saturday, I get all of the new customer deals, so its only £10 a month for 6 months. YEY. I think they are trying to contest I am a new customer as there was an error when I tried to order it but I still put it through so will see...think its because of the address. I will only have Wed to Sat without it.
DD loved dancing on Saturday again so I have ordered her a little skirt, leotard and shoes..£27. She will be so excited when they arrive, she keeps asking when she is going again.
I finally got the duck out of the freezer yesterday so will attempt tamarind duck tonight, then I will finish ironing before I got to candle party over the road. I hope I don't like anything ha ha.

Oh no Livvy cant believe they didnt turn up.. how annoying .
Yay to Sky hope it gets installed without a hitch.
Awww bless DD, shes loving her dancing classes isnt she! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Diary,
Well as thought I haven't managed to book SKY so there is no way I will get the engineer out on Saturday
I have to wait for SKY to completely close down which is 3rd, thats when the topcashback offer ends too so I will remember first thing on the morning.
I made a huge mess up with my new account today, I sent a scheduled payment to nursery and council tax, but had already sent them on pay day. So I have called the nursery and they are going to send me my money back when they get their payment and council tax said not to pay next month. Its £300 though so not like I can do without it.
At least I know now for next month and I did have the whole of my bills to move over to a new bank account so I can't be too hard on myself.
The candle party was fun but I am really tired today and so is DD. I managed to win a prize though :j Do you think my luck is coming back slowly? I had a spend too, but was something for my bedroom in my new home and I actually got something on offer.
I made my tamarind duck when I got home from work yesterday and now everything stinks of fat lol. I cooked the duck too long and didn't make enough sauce but I guess you live and learn (just was a bit expensive).
I have a house viewing tomorrow...they're getting on my nerves a bit now. But one day my phone will ring and it will be someone putting an offer in.

Hi Livvy,
Oh no to paying the things twice! Thank god you can get some of the money straight back!
Boooo to Sky, make sure you remember on Thursday!!
Fingers crossed for the house viewing xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Diary,
Yesterday turned out to be horrid, I ended up staying at work until 5:45 and then had to pick up DD as it was my day, by the time we got home it was after 6. She had her bath at 6:30 as she was really tired and asleep by 7:45.
Also I got a solicitors letter back from ex in response to mine. It said he is not going to pay all of the car loan as we paid debt with some of the loan money and therefore I am liable to pay half of it.
He still wants DD on a Sunday night to sleep over and as he isn't a stranger he see's no reason why he can't and doesn't buy my reasons for not letter her. If I don't agree he suggests mediation and the will take me to court.
So, back to solicitors for me tomorrow. She really needs to get this loan sorted, I am going to go into the bank to get a statement to prove the loan paid for the car and I have all the statements to prove I have paid £8k off our overall debt.
As for DD, I am sticking by what I believe in and she will not be sleeping out on a school night. Happy to go to mediation and if he wants to take me to court...bring it on.
Wish this whole situation was over now...its tiring. House is ready for the viewing.
