Hi All,
Thank you so much for your support. I know it will pass but I just wish I could jump to that place now. I think he has realised he is losing his control and thats what has made him like this.
Mummy, DD was about when he was demanding I let him in the house (and he swore infront of her) but I asked DM to take her out of the way when I let him in. She saw the police though and mentioned it this morning on the way to nursery.
KM, DD still gets excited to see her Daddy but she was telling her little friend on Sunday that Daddy shouted at mummy and he slammed the door.
I have brought the pics of spiders that DD drew for me into work today and put them on my wall. They cheer me up.
Last night was pretty uneventful, ex dropped DD off and asked for some bits. I said that they were in the garage, he said he wanted his passport but I said that that was in the garage too (I was one step ahead).
He was meant to be working Sunday so I said he could have DD at 3pm when he finished but he said he was off for Easter so would pick her up at 10!!! I said I had made plans but then I noticed tears in his eyes so I said OK you can take her at 10. Im going to go out with my friends now so worked out quite well anyway.
I still haven't received his solicitors letter yet, no doubt it will upset me. My solicitor said that if he doesn't reply to any of the ones which we send him I can just divorce him anyway.
I have worked out my money and I can afford to pay all the bills, glad I saved a bit now. I will just have to use the money he gives me towards DD and mortgage to pay his loan with so I don't get black listed. Maybe I could prove he hasn't been paying it and get the car back? Who knows.

Morning Livvy,
Awww bless DD, they dont miss a trick do they! My DD's dont either.
Im glad you were one step ahead and put his stuff into the garage, best way id say.
From what you have said about him having a tear in his eye about Sunday I too think its him losing control why he is behaving like this. Hopefully he will calm down again soon.
Hope you have a lovely weekend xxMummytogirls x0 -
Just dropping into wish you a Happy Easter and I hope things start looking up.
You can start divorce from a year's separation (that's what I'm/we're doing) Just keep him at arms length until he get's the message. I'm sure DD will forget what she saw in time.xxxxI'll get there!0 -
Hi Mummy & MrsP,
I'm trying to keep him at arms length, but I feel nervous every time he comes for DD. I wish I could divorce him after a year, my solicitor said two years. He is trying to claim he moved back in for three nights last October !!!!!!.
DD has mentioned him shouting at me & slamming the door again this morning bless her, but I agree Mummy she is still young enough to forget.
Hope you're having a lovely Easter.

Sorry haven't read the whole thread but just wanted to comment on the divorce thing, from my experience solictor said 1 years seperation if the other party doesn't contest it otherwise 2 years. HTHJune Wins - Antandec travel mug0 -
Thanks for the clarification. Solicitor said I could divorce him anyway if he doesn't reply to the letters he is being sent.
Hope I can get rid of him soon!LBM March 2011 - [STRIKE]Joint Debt £46k[/STRIKE]Current Personal Debt £0 :jGroceries £152.51/230,Pot Balance £1564.02Christmas Savings £200, £2 savings £240 -
Hi diary,
I'm just laid in bed and thought I would quickly update my diary.
DD has been poorly the last couple if days, she has been sick twice and off colour. Typical seeing as though I am off work this week.
Ex OH has been OK the last few times he has dropped DD off, can't help thinking he is up to something. Received a credit card for him in the post so emailed solicitor about what to do with it seeing as though he has taken it out at my address. An worried he causes me more debt.
Checked accounts and they are OK seeing as though I haven't been watching my money as closely this month, it's awful having all this stress as everything else just goes out if the window.
Popping to Aldi tomorrow for fresh stuff. Then ex is picking DD up at 4. DD has been telling me about all the presents her Nanna has bought her but she isn't allowed to bring them home as Nanna is keeping them there for when she visits. So immature.

OMG I cant believe ex has got a credit card at your address, silly man! Have the solicitors advised on what to do?
Oh dear to DD's nanna saying that, hate it when things turn like that.
Catch up soon xxMummytogirls x0 -
((hugs))
Let the Nanna be like that, less clutter and toys for you to find space in your home for
Hope DD is feeling better soon. I'll update my diary next week, still going well but scared I jinx it if I keep updating with good news!xxI'll get there!0 -
Hi there,
Aw you deserve some luck MrsP it's your turn.
Mummy, I have a app with solicitor tomorrow.
Dd is much better thanks, she hasn't stopped 2day.
Well received a letter off ex's solicitor saying he wants to be in the house for his belongings by appointment. Am scared incase he won't go if I let him in. Will see what solicitor suggests.
He is going to pay half that loan which is in joint names, the one I have already paid myself out of! And he wants Dd over night on a Sunday night after having her all day on a Sunday, then return her on a Monday 6pm, he wants her Wed 4-6 & alternate Fridays. Well he will have to fight me all the way for that. I am primary carer & Dd is 3 and has never slept out before.
Basically he wants her Sunday night so I can never go out, so based on that fact and on the fact it's a school night I am going to refuse. Surely I must have some rights! He just wants his cake and eat it.
Oh and he wants to take the lawn mower! So how am I gonna mow the lawn to sell the house then?
I will never have another man again.
