So sorry he is behaving like that and what on earth is that access arrangement all about??
Poor you, it must add to the stress trying to shield dd from his nasty ways.
Hope you are looking after yourself and are ok
I know it's stupid for me do say but try and not worry too much it's what he wants from the sounds of it.

Hi Livvy,
How did the solicitors go.
Perhaps you could have someone to support you whilst ex DH is in the hosue collecting his belongings?
Erm why is he so bothered for the lawn mower?!
I dont agree with Sunday nights either, DD will need to be at home to get ready for school the next day. Dont really know anything about family law, is he suggested so much so that he can claim shared access or something? So he can give you less money?! Im only thinking this as my friend had the same with her ex, as soon as he had the kids one more night a week her money dropped right down. He sorted that the same day as they were in court!!! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Yellow,
Aw thank u, I just feel so chewed up all the time. It's so hard not to worry.
Hi Mummy, solicitors went well. She agreed with what I said about access, ex just wants DD on a Sunday so he can still go out. Solicitor said if I can prove I paid all that money off marital debt then there is no reason I should pay the loan again. He probably does want to reduce his money by having DDD over night but I'm going to fight it, he has her enough as it is.
She said the lawn mower should stay because I need 2 maintain house to sell. His gran bought it so that's why he wants it.
My friend is going to sleep over the night before he comes, solicitor said he has to come on a day he takes DD so he has to leave. And if he doesn't I can get court order to remove him.
Also he needs to change his address on all his post or I can send it back to sender.
All I want is to be able to get about my life without the fear of what he is going to do.
Will keep you updated with progress.

Hi diary,
Well this week I have mostly been going through documents and shredding old stuff. We have about 12 boxes with all documents\bills\statements in.
Ex is meant to be coming for his stuff on Sunday but he said he would see me at 10am on Sunday, so he obviously has ignored the request from my solicitor and is coming the same time as usual. So when I have put all his stuff together its going in the garage. He is just trying to control everything and I am sick of it.
Some good news (yey), I get my bonus in this months wage and I got a £900 pay rise. Also I have 2 house viewings on Saturday, both of which are in a position to buy...OH PLEASE LET ME HAVE SOME GOOD LUCK.
Taking DD to ballet on Saturday morning and then after the viewings I am going to buy a lawn mower and a hamster for my gorgeous DD.

Everything crossed for you LL. The only way is up!
Brilliant news about the payrise to. Watch out when buying a hamster they can be a bit grumpy!xxI'll get there!0 -
Hi MrsP,Thank u, I have everything crossed too.
I have spent this evening packing ex's clothes in suitcase & cleaning for viewings.
I got a txt off ex earlier to say he couldn't come tomorrow but would come in on Sunday for his stuff, I said all your stuff is in the garage so you don't have to come in. Then he said he wanted some documents from the study so I said that they were in garage too so no need to come in. No doubt he will think of something he needs to come in for but I need to be strong & say no! Aw it all makes me so nervous :-( I don't like being hard.
I have a friend in pets at home so I will ask her for a happy hamster ha ha, don't want any grumps in this house...just got rid of one!

Hi Livvy,
Have you got some viewings over the weekend then? Fingers crossed if so!
12 boxes of paperwork to be shredded !!
Well done you on being a step ahead of ex and putting absolutely everything in the garage... love it! Bet he was fuming when he read the message!! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi there,
Hi Mummy, I had 2 house viewings on Saturday. One was just average but the 2nd viewing seemed to go really well. They have a little girl so it is like my house is ready for them. The lady seemed really excited but they had a few other houses to look at so will just wait patiently...not my strong point lol.
Ex came round for his things yesterday (out of the garage) and I gave him a suitcase of his clothes, so he didn't even expect to come in. He is coming tomorrow for the rest of the stuff out of the garage whilst I am at work.
Payslip day today. Its should be a good one with bonus and payrise but I can't enjoy any of it until this whole split it over...I might need it for solicitors.
I worked out that because I got a payrise and have reduced a lot of bills, even though ex is giving me £400 a month less, I am only going to be £150 worse off. Thats with me paying half that loan. If he confesses that I have paid him out of the loan already and pays the whole loan then I will be better off.
Only thing is when is he going to pay the money into my account? I bet he delays it so I am skint.
Anyway I feel slightly happier today as I feel that I have got over a massive hurdle by putting his things in the garage, it has been so tiring but well worth it. I think he has got the message now about not coming into the house. I really hope so.
Just on to the next hurdle now...

Hey Diary,
I have another house viewing tomorrow and the viewer is apparently in a position to buy...all sounds a bit dodgy if you ask me as he is only coming round the corner and he doesn't have a house to sell. Will get the low down when he comes.
Ordered my Tesco shop today to come on Thursday so not sure what I will eat tonight and tomorrow.
Ex didn't come for his stuff out of the garage coz I put the alarm on and at first he claimed he didn't know the number and then when I said it was the same as before he said the alarm pad doesn't work in the garage! So I said I would leave the alarm off on Thursday! No skin off my nose coz I can't see the stuff anyway.
I have to go into the school before Friday with DD's birth cert and medical card to confirm her place. Will have to nip out of work then! Talk about giving you enough time, I only got the letter on Saturday.

Hi Livvy,
Woo to all the house viewings, im keeping everything crossed that a buyer will turn out soon!
Is DD starting full time School or is it School nursery? My DD2 has a morning place at nursery starting September. When DD1 started there we had to take a copy of a utility bill to prove we live in the area! Not sure if I will still have to do it with DD1 already being there, probably will have to.
