    Hi Diary,
Ive been sat with my spreadsheet this morning working out how my pots will look after payday (next Friday). I have managed so well with solicitors bills so far (a bit pleased with myself :D), I have paid £390 to them and I haven't touched the £4k which I have put away for this. On payday I will have £300 in the pot I have been using to pay the solicitors (my holiday pot), so that should cover the next bill I get off them.
Imagine if I still have the stash left at the end of everything? Not worried about spending my hols money as part of the stash is the money I moved from said pot.

Anyway party tonight at Wacky with DD and then friend from nursery coming over for wine.

Meal tomorrow night for DM's birthday...its going to be a lot of money as need to pay babysitter but by the looks of my pots I can cover it and refill them on Friday. Hopefully I will over budget and have some left.

If the weather is nice over the weekend I will wash the car and make a start on the garage as it is a tip. There is a bit of room now as ex has taken some of his stuff out of there. Its needs tidying as he has left it like I have been burgled.

I also need to get some washing and ironing done.

DD has a little show at dancing in the morning bless.

    xx

Thought I would just post my marital debts at their highest (June 2010) as I had paid the majority by the time I started my diary. Think this will remind me how far I have come when I feel down.

    Loan 1 = 20,497.57
    Credit Card = 6,289.51
    Loan 2 = 8891.72
    Loan 3 = 14,866.28
    Overdraft = 462.20

    £51,007.28

    Hi Diary,

    Hi Mummy,
    Thank you.

I had a lovely weekend thanks but very tiring. I had 2 late nights in a row and was absolutely shattered yesterday. Friday night was busy with the Wacky party and then mate coming for some wine (I only had 2 as I didn't want a hangover).
Then up with DD on Saturday morning for her dancing, followed by a chat with another mate and then home for a chill and to get ready for DM's birthday meal.
Then yesterday I did all my jobs in the morning and went to DM's for lunch and then we just sat and slobbed all day.

Meal was lovely (£44), it was great to catch up with my ex boyf (he owns the restaurant). I hadn't seen him for 19 years and we got VIP treatment.

I had to buy some lunches for the week yesterday so popped to local Mr S's. I have gone £10 over my food budget but just used my 'everything else' pot to cover it.

Petrol says 150 miles left in the tank...I'm hoping it will last until Friday when I get paid because I have half the petrol budget left (£60) so this can be saved for something else.

Having a street party on Monday 4th May, Im looking forward to it but poor DD will miss out because she is out with her Dad. It will still be on when she gets back so it will be a nice surprise for her...but I wish I had her all the time :( (like normal families).

Nothing else to report really...had a bit of a spend month this month so next month I will have to reign it in a bit.

    Good Morning,
I am feeling full of the joys of spring today but the sun hasn't come out fully yet. Still I think its going to be warm so I am going to go home early from work.

The plan is to do my fitness DVD and then sit in the garden with my book and wine before DD comes home at 6.

I have ordered my Tesco shopping. I thought Monday was Bank Holiday until some one pointed out it had moved :(...not happy about that! So to get my Tesco shopping delivered Sunday instead is an extra £2.50!!!! Just as well some one told me as I wouldn't have been in work.

Received a letter off my solicitor yesterday to say that she regrets that we can not come to agreement over DD's access and the money for the car loan. So ex's solicitor is suggesting mediation!
So what has happened is ex has had a strop as he hasn't got his own way so he wants to go to mediation to see if that works. Its better for me as mediation is cheaper and it will still go to court. The access to Olivia won't change and neither will the fact I am paying 2 loans...one of which I should no longer be paying. Infact I think I might go for 70/30 on the house anyway, even if I do get half the money for the car :D), will serve him right.

Only bought a bar of chocolate yesterday and will be having an NSD today...had one Monday too. Only 2 days until payday YEY. Will be looking out for my payslip as its a flat month this month so I will be able to plan now for the next 7 months or so.

Going to attempt to make my own bread next week. DM has got a bread maker and DD and I love fresh bread so watch the space.

    Good Afternoon,
Aw another gorgeous day here, dropped DD off at nursery and the kids were already outside. I have been sat in a meeting this morning which will carry on to training this afty yawn.

Had a lovely night last night, I left work early, did my fitness DVD and sat out in the garden with book and wine until DD got home. Tonight we will go outside when we get in again, DD likes playing with the ball and her sand pit. In my new house I am going to create a play area for DD in the garden but its looking like a job for next year now sadly.

My payslip came yesterday and for once in my life I estimated my monthly pay bang on...normally over estimate and feel bittery dissapointed on payslip day.

Had a bit of a spend in the canteen, didn't fancy my ham sarnie so spent £2.50 on a all day brekkie sarnie and £1.00 on a muffin. Reallly naughty I know...but worth it.

My muscles are aching today...hopefully it means my work out did me some good. Bring on the summer dresses!

    Hi Diary,
Its been some time since I posted.

I was poorly for a couple of days the week before last and then I took last week off work to spend with DD.
We had a lovely week and didn't really spend too much even though we did something every day, although I did have a huge spend on clothes for us both as a little treat...and to cheer us up.

Had a ding dong with Orange yesterday as they have given me a missed payment on my credit report. When I called to ask why they said 'your direct debit was cancelled but not sure why!'. In other words they have cancelled it by accident. So I have had to pay the bill with my debit card and write an email to the credit report people.

Then I have noticed that Santander charged me £1 a day when I was OD last month, when I accidentally paid the nursery and council tax twice. So there is an £8 waste.

Had it out with OH on the phone the other week. I asked why he is still making me pay for the loan when I don't drive the car and he said 'I over paid for the bills last year so see how you like it'. He has also decided he is going to make me pay for the car until he see's in writing I am only going to take 60/40 from the house. Why did I marry this man?

Anyway apart from that things are not too bad atm as he is on a biking hol for a week...bliss!

Going to attempt to make salmon and prawn pasta for tea.

    Hi Mummy,
Aw its nice to spend time with DD's isn't it?

Its funny because when I met ex he was lovely and now he has turned into a selfish moron.

Its a bit cold here today, I have my new dress on but have had to wear a jacket with it. When I was about to leave the house I thought my legs looked a bit white so slapped on some fake tan and thats all I can smell.

I should really 'lawn the morn' when I get in tonight (as DD says), the grass is really high because of all the rain.

I made smoked salmon pasta for tea last night and it was gorgeous, which is more than I can say for my sushi style lunch today...tastes like cold fried rice.

I will have a ssd today as I need to get my Dad a card. His pressie has been despatched so thats good. Its funny because I was never really close to my Dad, but when he came to visit and he saw that nasty side of my ex he has been really concerned and now he calls me all the time for updates.

I forgot to say, my friend has given me a chest freezer YEY! My other one broke so I need to get rid of it but this is half the size and perfect for my new house (when I eventually move).

    Hi Diary,
The weather is pants here today! However I mowed my lawn on Wednesday night and put lots of Complete Care down so the weather is great for my grass.

I am on a mission this weekend. I have called the council and they are coming to take my old large items away from the garage tomorrow, that will leave me with a bit of room for manouvre round the garage so on Sunday I will take some more stuff to the local tip...I am making lists as Im not sure that what I have planned for Sunday will fit into one day! I love lists, don't know where I would be without them, I am now using my phone and a good old fashioned pen and paper to make them.

Had a NSD yesterday which is good as I am running low on money in my accounts, not extremely low but I don't want to leave myself short. I have plans to buy things but will wait until payday as I don't want to end up getting carried away. My old self is saying 'I have to have it NOW'.

Tonight we are at DM's for our tea, we are meant to be going to a family fun day tomorrow but no one wants to go in rain so hopefully the forecast is wrong.

House viewing on Monday but I refuse to get excited as nothing comes to fruition.

Would have had a NSD today but gave in and had a bacon butty!

The sun is coming out YEY.
