    Hi Diary,

Well I have had a busy weekend and it has flown by. Friday was DM's for tea, Saturday we went to the fate and then to Wacky for a play and for tea, and then on to my friends for a glass of wine or two.

Yesterday DD went out with her Dad and I cleaned the house ready for a house viewing tonight and made a start on clearing the garage (very brave with the huge spiders ).

I made 4 lasagnes and even froze my wine in a ice cube tray for future cooking :money:
I am feeling pretty skint now so I need to kerb the spending for the races on Saturday. So I should manage a few NSD's this week...although I will need milk (I have a milk guzzler in my house).

Hi Mummy , hope the weather picked up where you are. We got rained on twice at the fate but it wasn't as bad as predicted.

I will be having carbonara or salmon pasta for tea (depending on the eggs being OK). I will also need to consult my meal plans and get ready for payday next week. Will order a Mr T shop to come on Sunday, think I will be able to manage putting the food away with my hangover.

Next month is a NSM, must get my pots looking healthy again after my massive clothes splurge...still at least I look good lol.

    Afternoon diary,
I am just on my lunch so thought I would pop in.

I didn't bother updating my diary yesterday as I was coming down with a cold and felt miserable. Infact I couldn't wait to get to bed last night as I was getting on my own nerves with my miserable face.
I didn't get out of work until 5:45  and then DD fell asleep at 7:30 so I had a quick bath and tea then bed.

I have done my meal plan for next month and Mr T shop is now ordered although its around £70! I will still need to go to Mr Als for the rest of the stuff but then the weekly shops are just fresh things and I won't spend alot.

Tonight on my way home I need to pop to the shop for some milk and then I will do my exercise DVD before DD gets home at 6.

I'm planning on making my salmon and prawn pasta for tea then I will freeze my white wine in ice cube trays too. It was on super scrimpers Mummy...I have never bothered to do it before but its annoying when you waste most of the bottle. I would have drank them but they are cheap wines from Mr Al's.

I have another house viewing next Monday so thats me cleaning with a hangover on Sunday great! _pale_

    Good Afternoon,

A couple of things to report money wise today ahead of Mondays payday. I counted £2's last night and was pleasantly surprised to find £32...when its £100 the man in the shop at work said I could bring it in and he will change it.

I have £30 left in food account, not sure how that has happened but I will transfer it to holiday money as this is where I save. I also have £32 left in my Bills account but I will leave that in there for over spends.

I applied for a Santander 123 credit card yesterday as I am going to put all my petrol and shopping on there to see if I can make money back, it will be one of those that I pay off as I spend...like my Next account. Anyway that has appeared on my online bill so obviously been accepted.

Now for the annoying bit, ex told me yesterday he is going on holiday on Sunday so wont be able to have DD next week. One, check out the notice he gives me and two, he can only afford it because I am paying for that loan (£230 amonth). Its funny he picks 2 weeks to go away whilst the football is on.

Still I just keep thinking that it won't last forever and soon I will be in my own home in control of all my own money. It also gives me more time with my lovely DD on our own.

I made my salmon and prawn pasta last night with cream that was due to go off, felt very proud of myself. I also froze the white wine.

So next month, scrimping and saving! I need to see the pots looking full for when I start my FNL.

    Afternoon Diary,

Well its pay day WAHOOO! I have transferred my money into the bills account and also into the food and petrol account but I can't do anything else until ex transfers me his money tomorrow. I hate relying on him

Im shaving a bit off a couple of my budgets this month so the plan is as follows:
Food and Petrol £210 (£90 saving)
Clothes and Ent £50 (£150 saving)
    DD's spend £100 (£100 saving)
Everything else pot £150 (£110 saving)

Weekend was good, a day at the races Saturday but I had to spend the day recovering yesterday. I am so annoyed with myself as I got a chinese takeaway last night and it was awful. Total waste of £10. Why do I do it?
To top it all off I still feel rough today (I think Im getting too old for 12 hour sessions)

Mr T's came yesterday with £75 worth of shopping. I will pop to Mr Al's tomorrow lunch time to get the rest of the shopping. I could do with clearing a space in the freezer first (or switch on my new chest freezer).

House viewing tonight, again I have no excitement as its beginning to be a chore.

    Hi Livvy,

For some reason I thought we shared the same payday, was just popping in to get excited with you haha!! Yay glad youve sorted all your pots for the month out.

Mr T is coming with my shopping tomorrow, cant flipping wait! Weve not even got a single tin in the cupboard ! Never mind tomorrow night I will be well happy as my fridge, freezer and cupboards will be brimming!

Fingers crossed for the viewing xx

I thought we shared the same pay day too, maybe it's when there is a weekend and we both get paid on the Friday.

Aw I love having lots of food in, I get a bit carried away when shopping. I have my meal plan but you can't help the little extras can you? I tend to spend a bit more when I take my little helper to Mr Als...mainly on bribery food lol!

Ahhh yes it will be cos it was a Friday last month with the 26th falling on a Saturday!

Know what you mean about spending more with little helpers, same here hence why I try my hardest not to take them! They always want to choose their own yoghurts and biscuits, which usually doesnt fit well with my budget :rotfl:!! xx
