Hi Livvy,
Im also feeling flat too, probably best you stay away from my diary lots of swearing and ranting over there ! Think the weather has a big part to play.
Firstly what on earth is potato maddison?! Never heard of it in my life.
Have you thought of where you might go with DM and DD? Dont worry about ex your ready for him and whats he going to say.. no. You will be taking her regardless :rotfl:!
Hope your ok and feeling a bit brighter xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Diary,
Hi mummy, potato maddison is something my mate used to concoct for me at Uni, its sliced potatoes, pack of bacon (cut up), mushrooms, campbells condensed mushroom soup on top, another layer of sliced potatoes and cheese. Its great food for when you have a hangover lol.
We are going to Scarborough on our hols ha ha. I have booked us a room in The Sands appartments, which over looks the beach and the park. The are very posh but its the only holiday I will get this year...so splashing out (works out about £52 each a night for a luxury apartment!) I will be ready for ex, Im sick of worrying about what he is going to say all the time...you're right! What is he going to do? I just worry he will want to take DD away too, but she hasn't even slept out yet so he can whistle.
Well I had a lovely trip to DD's new school nursery this morning, we went on our own but no doubt DD will tell ex later when he picks her up. I told him ages ago about it so if he can't remember then its his problem...he needs to get himself a diary.
DD absolutley loved it and my friend from school was there with her little girl who starts the same time as DD...they went off to play together and it was so cute. I picked up her new jumper, cardi and bag too. Aw my baby is growing up.
OK, so I went to put petrol in and I travelled the extra mile to Tescos for cheaper petrol, points on my cc and tesco points. Get me! We don't have a Florence and Fred at our local store so I bought the rest of DD's uniform online for £20 (inc delivery), 5 polo shirts, 2 skirts and 2 pinis.
I now have 3 items selling on ebay all minimum bids, but Im not complaining as people are interested....4 days to go.

OMG, I have just rang the mediation place and they have no record of me or ex! Which means ex has not filled the forms in which he reckons he filled in 4 weeks ago. I don't know why I thought he would have done them, perhaps because I thought him having his daughter over night was more important to him than me paying for his car.
He is such a lying !!!!!!!
Imagine his face when he gets an appointment through his door...the one I am going to book for us myself!!!

Hi Diary,
We had a bit of sun today YEY!
I have managed to sell 2 of my items on ebay and end the auctions, as the person who wants them lives in the same town. It saves me going to the PO with the monitors too. So £55 for both items...its a risk but given that the rocker went for £5.50 its a risk I am willing to take.
£55 in the house and emergency fund towards my washer...thats £115 so far from my sales :T. The other items end on Sunday.
I have made a page in my spreadsheet for my credit card so I can keep track of my spends :money:, I have also set up a bill payment from my account so that as and when the items appear on my credit card bill I can pay it off straight away. This is like a huge resposibility for some one who used to just pick up their credit and spend spend spend.
I only spent £55 on petrol yesterday, so I am only £5 over my petrol and grocery budget now!
DD went out in the rain last night in her wellies to jump in puddles bless her. She had a great time but was soaked to the skin when she got in.
I have my friend coming round for wine tonight, looking forward to it as I don't see her very often. She is the friend from Qatar who I mentioned in my diary earlier.
Having an NSD today.

Hi Diary,
Well its Friday YEY!
Today I have filled in the mediation form and it is now in the post first class...I found a book of stamps in the drawer when I was cleaning out otherwise it would have been second class.
I didn't manage to have an NSD yesterday as my friend came and we ordered a Dominos pizza, I got my free chicken strippers so all in all only spent £6 and we had a right feast.
Been to the canteen for lunch today and had a plate of chips and a hot chocolate. £2.05.
Buyers on ebay can't come to collect their items until next week now, they are paying on collection but not to worry. I haven't heard from the person who bought the car seat. He has already paid too so not sure whats going on there.
Out again tonight straight from work, I will get DD's bike out and we will walk to my friends. It won't be a late night and I will take a bottle of wine.
Still on track to be in my budget...might be able to have a nice little spend on my hols next month.
Its my anniversary on Sunday, would have been 6 years!

Just sat eating crisps at my desk and making a right mess lol.
Hope everyone has had a good weekend. I can't say mine has been thrilling, however I got to catch up with my old school friend on Friday night over a bottle of wine so I did have some excitement.
Spent most of the weekend doing the gardens. They look a lot tidier now so happy with that. DM took some things to charity for me out of the loft and I found something else to sell whilst I was up there.
E-bay sales have been quite fruitful, £142 for everything I sold YEY. The man came to pick up the car seat on Saturday and he was so lovely, he was spending a lot of time here at the local hospital because his son had been in an accident and broken his neck...aw I so wanted to give the man the seat for free. Wish I was rich!
Clothes budget has been blown straight out of the window this weekend...I know, I know . I couldn't resist spending a little bit on clothes out of the new Next directory. It just means I don't have as much to spend next month.
I have sat and made my meal plans and lunch plans for the next 9 days based on what I can scrape together in the house...I am determined not to do another grocery shop before pay day. DM was popping to Mr Al's today so I asked her to get me bread and mayo (so strictly speaking I haven't done the grocery shop lol)...bread and mayo sarnies for 9 days then lol.
I read DD's school report this morning...it made me cry. She is so bright and everyone loves her. I'm so happy to have such a gorgeous little girl, I guess having her there has helped me get through the last year and a half...would have given up ages ago otherwise.
Will some one please buy my house...I'M DESPERATE!

Hey there,
We have a bit of sun here again today...not sure how long it will last as it feels a bit damp.
Popped DD into nursery this morning and found out she had bitten some one yesterday. I'm mortified, can't help thinking that she is not right this week and on top of that she will have been tired yesterday from her late night Sunday, so I am going to print out some pictures off the internet at lunch time and when I get home we will colour them in and have a little chat...see if I can get to the bottom of it.
I have decided to get a child minder for DD for when she starts school, I will spend the next year looking around and taking names etc to find the best one. She needs routine.
Money isn't quite as successful as I had hoped this month due to my over spend on clothes. Everything else is still in budget or under and I will not buy any food until pay day (8 days). I should have £210 to save rather than £450 as long as I don't spend more than £50 over this next week. Its like the longest month ever.
Smoked salmon pasta for tea so I can use the cream before it goes off.

Hi Livvy,
Loving the bread and mayo for the next 8 days :rotfl:!! Very MSE if nothing else :money:.
Awww the poor man with the car seat, thats sad isnt it! We defo need to be thankful for our healthy girls.
DD1 has a childminder for 2 after schools a week and she loves it. Id get someone who can be recommended plus im not sure about your local area but you can pretty much tell who are the childminders in the playgroup etc. You will soon get used to whos who in the playgroup and make your own mind on who you would and wouldnt use!!

Morning All,
Well the sun is shining now. It was raining this morning again and I have checked the weather and it looks iffy for the rest of the week. I just wish we could have a nice week of sunshine to lift my spirits. I can't seem to get out of my mood this week...just feel like the world can eff off.
I am popping to DD's nursery at lunch time for parents evening ha ha. I am at the docs tonight so have arranged a day time visit. I asked her what went on with the biting and she said who it was she bit and that the little girl did nothing to her. I can't get to the bottom of why she did it because she keeps coming out with daft reasons.
Anyway I spent last night colouring with her and we had some cuddles.
Hi Mummy , aw its a worry isn't it getting child minders etc. You just want your little ones to be happy and settled but then you don't know what the minders are up to when you're not there. Also I need a reliable one who isn't ill all the time. I will keep my ears open as you say.
I have the people coming to collect some ebay sales tonight, I have asked them to come at 6:15 so that ex isn't dropping DD off at the same time, otherwise he will want his share of the profits.
EON called yesterday about my complaint over the tesco points, basically my last tarif didn't give me points but they had messed something up so I shouldn't have been promised the back dated ones. Anyway they are sending me £15 for my trouble. Must think about what else I can complain about.
Egg mayo and sausage sarnie for lunch today, its amazing how adventurous you can be when faced with having to eat mayo sarnies for 8 days.
Accounts all the same. I would have loved to have been able to say that 2 years ago.

Hi Livvy I know its easy to say when its not my daughter but maybe she genuinely doesn't know why she bit the little girl. Maybe there is no deep seated reason but she feels she has to give you one so is making random reasons up. Maybe it was a spare of the moment thing to do (not playing it down) but as its a one off I would just hope that she learns from it and maybe draws a picture for the little girl to say she is sorry?
One thing I would point out to her is that she is a good girl for telling the truth that the little girl did nothing to her (many children would be quick to lie here) and that we are all allowed to make mistakes and that now she knows its wrong you hope she makes better decisions...you know the child version of all our choices have consequences stuff.0
