Hi Diary,
Mummy, my TV doesn't come for 2-4 weeks which is great, it means ex OH won't get to see it until everything has been agreed money wise, then he can't start saying I can afford this that and the other.
I can't log a claim for the SKY Vouchers until Saturday as it has to be 45 days since DM subscribed!!!
Had HM BLT for lunch today after my HM carbonara last night, I am starting to panic about being off work as I will need to make sure I have enough food in for DD...she eats non stop. She likes spaghetti on toast and mini pizzas and I have enough in for sarnies. I guess I could buy some fresh bread as she loves that. I need to make a meal plan as otherwise we will just eat rubbish.
I am also going to have to sort some clothes out for my hols, that list I did for autumn\winter last year was invaluable as I always had an outfit for everything. I didn't do one for spring\summer and every weekend I am stuck for what to wear if the sun is out (good job its rare).
Going to pick car up tonight, my tyres were bald. £433.20 for two new runflat tyres ouch!

Today is not good, I worked myself up all last night and this morning for mediation to find out when I turn up that it has been cancelled as the lady is ill.
Next appointment 22nd Aug! It just feels like this is going on forever. How long am I going to have to pay for his car for !!!!!!?

Am still annoyed.
Anyway tonight I am going to make a quiche when I get home from work, then thats my tea tonight and my next two days of lunches taken care of. I have new potatoes so will make a potato salad.
The people from the estate agents didn't come for photos last week as it was raining. So now I need to go and mow the lawns and do the gardens again for them coming next week (it takes me over an hour to mow the back lawn), I shouldn't have got out of bed today.
TV is coming on Sunday, I am debating putting it up and annoying ex. He will be gutted he is taking money off me and I can still afford things. He must have at least £1500 a month spare living at his mums, this is what makes me mad, he has nothing to pay out for.
Tonight I need to chill out and look forward to my hols, I am starting to find it really hard to get up on a morning at the moment...need some time off.
Woe is me lol

Poor you Livvy with the stress of building yourself up for the mediation and then being let down .
Re the TV im not sure I would put it up as it may cause trouble. At least if you look as angelic as possible thats better for you :rotfl:!!!
I had leftover quiche and salad for yesterdays lunch... yum! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Mummy,
Maybe I should put the tv up in the back room where he can't see it from the front door lol.
I am just tucking into my quiche and new potatoes...yum yum!

Afternoon all,
It looks lovely today out of my window. I am hoping it stays like this for when my friend comes round tonight so we can sit outside and drink wine.
I was doing my accounts this morning and noticed Complete Savings had taken a tennar out of my account. I have just called them and played war so they are refunding me. Its my own fault as I joined thinking it was free when I bought my washer...didn't read the small print ooops!
HM quiche was a success again! Although not sure about the calories as I just stick everything in it. I used low fat creme frais though...so makes it OK lol.
Did anyone see Super Scrimpers last night? I was horrified that that family spent £382 on food a week :eek:and that when they opened the cupboard there were about 5 bottles of HP sauce all unopened. If the average is £86 a week for a family of 4 then I am over average for DD and I...as it works out £172 a month! I spend £200, and I shop in Mr Als???!!!
I hate to say it but I think I need a man to sort out my heating, even if I turn my heating off it still comes on when the water comes on. I don't get it. Going to have to get the manual out as EON reckons I have used more this July than last year. My electricity usage has reduced by two thirds though. Must have been that rammy fish tank using up all the leccy.
One and a half days until I am off. :j

Morning Diary,
Glorious sunshine here today and really warm! Radio said to take a rain coat out though as its due to rain later (whats new?)
Unsurprisingly it was raining by the time I got home last night.
Last day at work today before hols WAHOOO. DD was asking if she could come on holiday with me yesterday bless.
Nursery have given me my bill for August (with the two weeks hols) and its £24 less than what I normally pay! I guess thats an extra £24 towards our hols.
Phone and broadband bill came in at £18.56, this is £6 cheaper than last month as I have been conscisouly only using the phone on evenings and weekends (and not ringing ex's mobile to fight for 30 mins).
Quiche and new potatoes for lunch again, fahitas and wedges for tea.
Dancing tomorrow morning with DD, tv delivery and party on Sunday but other than that I have no plans.

Finally I get to sit down and update!
Since I left work on Friday I literally haven't sat down. I have been all over with DD, I bet she is miffed off tomorrow when we don't go out anywhere. Mind you it will be good to not spend money, all the activities we have done have cost a bomb, we went to Adventure Valley today and spent £16 getting in, then we paid for lunch (taking a picnic next time), £2 pony ride, £1 tractor ride, £1.60 ice cream...for £16 you would think these things would be included.
Pottery painting over the weekend cost £20 and we played in the arcades yesterday when it rained at the beach so there was another £6. I took DD out of nursery for 2 weeks as couldn't afford the full bill this month, reckon it would be cheaper to put her in lol.
I need to wash and iron tomorrow ready for hols on Friday, car needs a wash too but DD can help me with that.
I have just chased up my £75 vouchers from SKY for introducing a friend, I really need new underwear so have been patiently waiting for them. I have also lodged a topcashback claim for buying my tv, that should be £25! So there is £100 that I wouldn't have got if I hadn't have bothered.
I haven't got a tumble dryer and need to wash our bedding, hope the weather sorts itself out.

Hi Livvy,
Sounds like you have had a busy and expensive weekend! Annoys me when it costs a fortune to get in somewhere but then they charge for everything else. Im sure you will have had fun though!
Hope you have a lovely weekend xxMummytogirls x0 -
Just a quickie, sat in bed with laptop.
Had a lovely weekend and the weather was glorious, not even going to write about money as I need to start again next month.
We did everything you should do on a weekend in Scarborough and it was thoroughly enjoyed.
My vouchers turned up so spent those today on underwear for me and DD. Then I came home and had a mad clear out. I filled a bin bag with all my old knickers and bras which I have had since the year dot (underwires hanging out all over). Filled another 2 charity bags with DD's clothes and 15 pairs of my old shoes. Have a pair to put on ebay too.
I also filled a bag for nursery with clothes I think they could use for the kids when they wet themselves or spill things and also a few fancy dress outfits.
Had a house viewing today, not holding out much hope but they said it was a nice house (not like they would say otherwise really...although some rude people do).
Ex wants to take DD out on Friday to Nottingham, its about 2.5hr drive from here. Why does he need to go so far? I am going to be frantic worrying about a car accident all day. He is such a knob, she will sleep all the way back and be awake all night again.
Anyway hope everyone is OK.
