Morning Livvy how did the viewing go??
Hope youve had a good weekend xxMummytogirls x0 -
Afternoon everyone,
Hi Mummy, Hi Yellow, my viewing was OK thank you. The man turned up with his DM who was checking everything out and asking technical questions and then when they left she said...'we will have a think about it' lol. Anyway I haven't heard from the estate agent so it can't be good news.
Well this weekend has been lovely, I have caught up with friends and took DD to a party where she had a great time. The only bad thing is the snow, but my winter tyres and the concrete in my boot have been my saviour. I was worried about doing the nursery run this morning as its all uphill, but we managed it without one skid YEY.
OH is being a bit of a pain again but I am just letting it wash over me, he brought DD back 15 mins late last night and she was starving as he said she wouldn't eat her tea!!!! So I ended up giving her half of mine plus cheese and an apple. I have sent him a text today to ask him to sort the finances out, if he doesn't do it then I will send him one tomorrow too. How I wish everything was in my name (apart from his loan lol).
Tonight my mum is coming to take some more stuff to the tip so when I get in from work I need to go out to the garage to get a couple of boxes filled and then I will make a start on the ironing...before DD comes home at 6. I will finish the rest of the ironing once she is alseep.
Tea tonight is HM spaghetti carbonara...if I have time!

Hi Livvy, glad the viewing went well. You never know but even if they dont make an offer its all experience isnt it!!
Im glad youve had a good weekend and yay to the snow tyres coming in useful :T.

Hey there,
Well I am feeling happy today, I think its because I had a lovely girly day yesterday where 3 of us went to a psychic and then went out for lunch and a very little bit of shopping (Primark get me!).
Psychic said everything was going to be OK for me now, the bad luck is over...I knew it was my year ha ha.
Anyway I got 2 sets of underwear from Primark for £18.50, would only get one for that in M&S.
I managed to sort some more garage out on Monday night and DM has taken some bags to the tip and some of DD's old toys to charity. She goes again in 2 weeks so I will get my coat and gloves on and do a bit more then. Its not actually feeling like a huge task anymore as I seem to be getting somewhere in relatively short bursts.
I have reached my £100 target in £2's YEY, so I have also bagged that up and sent it with DM to put into secret bank account in the PO.
The man who came to view on Saturday said he loved the house but the road was too close at the back (same old story), but I am not feeling unhappy as I guess there will always be some one that doesn't like it and others that can live with it (like me).
On Martins email this week there is a link to an OS thread all about how it OS changed their life, which got me to thinking. I am going to write all the things down which I do now to save money which I would never have dreamt of before last April.

Hi Livvy, glad you had a nice day yesterday and well done on the bargains. My bras have to come from MnS as I cant seem to get any that fit properly anywhere else and it annoys me!
Boo to the man not being keen on the road, hopefully someone will be along soon to snap the house off you! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Afternoon Diary,
Well we escaped the snow...for now. The sky is looking black though but I don't mind it snowing over the weekend as long as I don't have to do the dreaded nursery run in it, its all uphill and last year some idiot stopped in front of me to let some one come down the hill !!!!!!? I was stuck in the snow for ages, much to DD's amusement, she told everyone we crashed.
We had a visit to the dentist yesterday (£17), the dentist was really impressed that I brushed my teeth ha ha. It is actually situated in quite a rough area so I can imagine the state of the mouths he has to look in all day...I bet they don't have to pay either. The receptionists were excited to use their till when I said I paid for treatment.
I got a dominos pizza on the way home too (£5.99 for a large), I have had the left overs for lunch today, although DD had picked all the mushrooms off all of the slices as she doesn't like them!!!!
Tonights tea is enchiladas and wedges, pinaculty tomorrow and I am really excited because I have learnt how to make it.
Hi Mummy, aw its a shame you can't get cheap underwear. Mind you saying that it probably won't last as long as M&S. Its not the type I will wear every day though...but then when will I get to wear it otherwise? lol.
No more viewings on the house this week, just as well as I'm not cleaning until Sunday when DD is out with OH. I guess I will need to push the fact we are not over looked at the back with the next viewers...it might take their mind off the road.
xx

Lucky you avoided the snow, weve had some but not too much. Will still cause havoc when it freezes tonight.
Wow that pizza was cheap, did they have a deal on! We get vouchers through the post but I dont think theres any offers that cheap.
Wooo to the 17% :T xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Mummy,
Yeah they do have a deal on, not sure how long for but its any pizza any size for £5.99 collection and £9.99 delivery. The dentist was next to the take away so we collected.
Still now snow!! Happy about that.
