Good Afternoon,
What a busy weekend Ive had. I am well on with my jobs list, I have decorated DD's bedroom, supervised mates DH whilst building and dismantling furniture, cleaned the kitchen walls and the door and window outside, half built a chest of drawers, went to the shops for a few groceries, sold the changer and gave it to the man yesterday and I took the border back to B&Q plus the wrong sized bedding back to Next.
Today I have sent a cheque to the bank (hardly tiring but kept forgetting), rang the lady to rehome the dog (not in), checked accounts and bought dog food. I have a man coming today to clean my garden (I am paying) and put the tv on the wall (as have one broken one on the wall and the one that works on my bedroom drawers). When I get home I am going to finish building the the chest of drawers (just the drawers left to do...will do with a glass of wine infront of the tv lol) and maybe do a bit more decluttering for the house photos on Wednesday (not too difficult as I am a bit of a minimalist).
Accounts are fine...well £22 left for food lol, but that should be OK. Hopefully my petrol will last until next Wednesday. I sold the chest for £240 and the cot is at £150 with one bid and 23 watchers.
I have bought that treat I said I was going to get with my Chrimbo money...a Nintendo Wii, I am so excited. Should be with me by Wednesday, DD loves the ones she has played on so far and keeps doing the ski jump pose.
OH came round on Friday to say he is cancelling SKY tv! I said DD watches it so he is to take SKY sports off and transfer it into my name !!!!!!! Then I mentioned that he would be paying the loan in joint names off with his profit of the house, he said 'No, I am not paying the loan with my profit, I won't be getting enough!' So I said that the loan will be paid with the profit as we are splitting up, so he said only if we divorce and he won't sign the papers. Anyway I told him then he had to take a new loan out in his own name and he said he would look into it! I said err I don't think so, you will get a new loan out!
He is just trying to be as awkward as possible with everything! He said he would pick DD up on Sunday either 1:30ish or 2:30ish depending on when he got out of work.
I am just trying to remain nice and polite and mean time I think I will need another trip to Solicitors but need a huge list of questions as don't want to have to go back.
Had a phone call off the job man, he has done the tv, fixed the gate and half done the back garden. He is coming tomorrow to take the christmas lights down, finish the garden and plane the gate if I want him to. I hope he gets it all done as he is £8 and hour.
No more from me I don't think today, I had better go and make more lists and check eBay sales for the millionth time today.

Hello Livvy,
Wow your diary entry is very busy for today!!!!
Yay to the drawers selling for £240 thats fantastic, will wait to hear how much you end up making on the cot too. Such a good price :T.
We love our Wii, well I say ours we bought it for DD Christmas 2010 and she loves it, so do I though :rotfl:.
Oh dear to OH being awkward, hopefully the sooner the house is sold you will feel better about it all xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hey LL,
Just caught up on the past few pages, I've started divorce proceedings now to, so if you ever need to chat, I'm here
I have a feeling 2012 will be a good year for us all, it can't possibly be any worse than last year!xxI'll get there!0 -
Hi there,
Hi Mummy, I have been meaning to buy a Wii for the last year or so but I didn't think we would get on it with OH about, plus I didn't ever have the spare money. So its a present for me and DD to cheer us up and have a bit of fun on a night before bed. Will keep us fit too.
Hi MrsP, I have been worried about you as its been a while since you have posted. Glad you are back and hope you are well, we will be able to help each other out on the divorce front, it will be great to chat with some one in the same situation, thanks.
Well Its freezing here today, I have 2 heaters on at my desk lol.
Things are getting there with my house now so I feel a bit back to my old self rather than just concentrating on gettings things ready for the sale photos tomorrow. I managed to put the washer on this morning with things I can tumble dry as can't really have clothes hanging on the radiators for the pics.
I have finished the drawers for DD's bedroom so her new bedroom is all complete now.
I might have some one interested in the dog so hopefully I will hear from them soon...gonna miss my pooch, I have had him since he was 8 weeks old.
OH didn't even contact us yesterday, it was meant to be his day off and instead of picking DD up from nursery he said he was working late and asked if I could do it, so he must have been working overtime and DD missed out from seeing him. But like I said before I don't mind because it means I get to see her more.
I have just had to ring Tesco as I paid full price for the balance board for the Wii I bought and I used a gift card for £50. They said they couldn't do anything so I said I will re-order and I would like a refund for the full price one. I will take it to the store and do a swap on Thursday lunch time.
Im going to put a complaint in today.
Tonight I am titivating for the photos and tomorrow night I am starting the mammouth garage clean up. DM will take some bits to the tip and I will put all the recycling out, it will take up most of the garden as I couldn't put it out because of the wind last time so thats all the Xmas boxes and the boxes from the bedroom furniture.
Money ticking over, I need to put the cash for changer in PO but I thought I had better wait incase I get cash for the cot and then I can do it all at once.
33 watchers and 2 bids on cot atm and it finishes Thursday night.
Think thats all from me, hope you are all well.

Good Tesco news! Good gesture?
I am back, but I'm about as much fun as a wet weekend! Will be good to have a bit of 'other' support, I think I'm draining all my friends and family with my woes! We'll get through it though
I'm having an awful day (even the pig isn't working!) everyone I have spoken today has annoyed the life out of me, ex and Building Society in particular!!
Maybe tomorrow will be better!xxI'll get there!0 -
Hi Everyone,
Aw Mrs P, I feel exactly the same. I don't know my @rse from my elbow at the moment. I have so much to do I can feel it all piling up on top of me. I too feel like Im doing everyone's head in moaning on about everything and asking for their advice all the time.
I am running my every day life with a toddler, but on top of it I have a massive 4 bedroom house to clear out and sell, a dog to rehome, an ex who makes me feel ill and nervous every time I speak to him or see him and a full time job to do.
But...once this is all done FNL can start (focus on the goal...your Fab New Life xxx).
Today I had the house photographer round at lunch time so I have been doing last minute titivation. Now he has been I can get my house back to like it was, it isn't a mess but it looks like no one lives there atm. Tonight I need to sort through the recycling to put out tomorrow, fill a box or two up for DM to take to the tip and prepare beef casserole to put in slow cooker tomorrow morning before work.
ebay now has 38 watchers but still at £150. It runs out tomorrow, I hope I get more than that.
OH picking DD up from nursery and he hasn't text to say he isn't, so I will drop him a text after 4 to make sure he has done it as I would hate to go home and leave her there.
Early night for me tonight...exhausted!

Hi Everyone,
Hi DF, thank you very much. I know I need to tackle things in chunks just everything is a big chunk at the moment. I'll get there.
Well I am off work again as DD has chicken pox!
The man came to take the photos of the house and we are now on right move and I managed to sell DD's cot for £245, which was better than the £150 which it was at until the last minute!
I got rid of a load of recycling yesterday and DM went to the tip with 3 boxes of junk and a broken Dyson. She has taken the Dyson to get fixed for her to use!
I can see whats what in the garage now but I told OH what I had done and then he started on at me saying that he wanted to check everything before it went to tip. Well why doesn't he get off his lazy @rse and get in the garage to sort it out. Honestly I am doing everything and he is swanning round like lord muck whinging about stupid insignificant things.
Yesterday I made panacalty and beef casserole for the freezer, must do an inventory later. I am also going to do some ironing and some more washing whilst I am off.
Hoping to wash my car on Sunday and put the wheel trims on if OH takes DD. I bet he doesn't because he won't want to sit in the house with her. Can you believe he was going to take her late on Sunday coz he was working, so I said well I will have her ready at 3 not 1:30 ish or 2:30 ish (like he suggests) so he said he would work Saturday instead...but he didn't want to as he gets less money for for a Saturday! Like I care.
Anyway back to poorly DD.
Bye for now xxLBM March 2011 - [STRIKE]Joint Debt £46k[/STRIKE]Current Personal Debt £0 :jGroceries £152.51/230,Pot Balance £1564.02Christmas Savings £200, £2 savings £240 -
Awwww Livvy poor DD, shes really had her fair share of illness recently hasnt she. You know neither of my girls have had chicken pox. Not sure how since theyve been around 2 kids that I know of that were in the incubation period! Maybe they are carriers??
Never mind OH whinging you need to be getting the house sorted out silly man! Just let it go in one ear and back out the other!! Like you say if he were that bothered he would be round sorting it himself.
Woo to the £245 cot sale, now go buy yourself something nice with that money
