barclays .. personal loan

sent complaint 26th april 2011 had a letter to say i will hear by the 16th aug !
made a phone call yesterday to see if there is any updates but same old that its still under investigation !

Put complaint in on Barclaycard Credit Card 20th March had a letter extending the time till 28 days then another letter in june stating they would give me a good will jesture by 31st August !

Sent complaint 21st February 2011.

Complaint was put on hold in March and then sent complaint to the FOS. Received goodwill gesture letter from FOS on 7th July 2011.

Received settlement offer today from Barclays for £3,261.27.
