Haha! I'm 37 and a now bit miffed that I never get ID'd in Vegas.

...but I suppose it had to happen sometime...it's all those teenagers calling me ma'am that should have been my first clue. :)

HA HA...I am in my 40,s and I got asked for ID when buying a bottle of Vodka in a store

    I carry my passport

Went to the Tix4tonite outlet at Fasion Show mall 2 days ago and got RIO CARNAVAL WORLD BUFFET tickets for $16.99 each plus $2 fee. Thats a $5 saving. They are good to use for up to 7 days in advance. you can not use the printed voucher for $2 off service fee though.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

I'd read about that - do you remember what other restaurants/buffets were on offer? And I thought I had read that some are 2-for-1 deals also?
Great to hear that they can be bought in advance and don't have to be used on the day - I hadn't realised that.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

RIO Buffet was excellent on my vist to it. similar to Mirage buffet in terms of quality and choice but a bit cheaper . good excuse to get up there for Lunch ect and see the Carnival show. Also Ron Lucas is a pretty cheap ( with coupon discount) and good Afternoon show to take in and suitable for everyone

my only complaint about the RIO buffet is the automated paying system for it , i prefer a human being in that respect. i hope they have the Seafood Buffet on this type of offer when we are there.

We keep meaning to see Ronn Lucas but his run at Rio ended just before we were there last - he's at Planet Hollywood now, and they have 1/2 price tickets at tix4tonight from what I've heard - so hopefully in November we will finally see him - hear he is great.

And I also hate the automated payment system at the Rio buffet - seems so silly as it takes so much longer as people don't know how to use the machine.

The seafood buffet was also on offer, not sure of the price though. Harrahs buffet too. There is also a voucher in the "Whats On" mag that gets you a 10 oz. steak cooked to your liking. I ripped out 2, as my wife doesn't like steak, I ended up with 20oz. of juicy lean medium rare cattle on my plate, with corn on the cob, garlic mashed potato, and macaroni cheese. Boy was I full!!!!

Has anyone here used this site to book a hotel

I have been told that if you put in 5* hotel strip location that you are almost sure to get the Venitian

Anyone got any experience of booking this way
I put in my dates and named $40 as my price
my quote came back as $319 for 1 week
    :hello: LORRAINE :hello:

there aren't that many 5* down the strip so you're likely to get venetian, bellagio, wynn (although they may not all partake)
