I have to assume that that's a typo as £300 return each on Maxjet would be an outstanding deal!
As for Vegas becoming more kid friendly, I would say the exact opposite...the city seems to be trying to claw back from it's previous attempt to lure more families to Vegas...as for minors in the pool area without adults, I'm pretty sure that most hotels in America have a similar rule against it and it's probably mainly for insurance reasons...also for the fact that a lot of folks going to Vegas would prefer not to spend time at the pool with alot of unsupervised kids.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

it will be much later in the year....can i get a better deal nearer the time or not?
all help from seasoned las vegasers greatfully received;)
I agree that it's a great deal and would book it now and keep an eye out for deals later on...depending on how long you are planning on staying, if you can swing the additional for the fountain view, it's so worth it. You may be able to blag a free upgrade at check-in, but that's not guaranteed...when we stayed there we booked a fountain view room and it was simply amazing...the rooms are very nice, but rather small (we thought)...very very nice and great bathrooms, though!Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

I am just going to add the same as others really. Vegas is going through another transition and is trying to get back to an adult destination0 -
£600 return each
even at this it is a pretty good deal when you are probably looking at £200 more at least on top of that for Virgin premium econmony.(starts at £250 extra ONE WAY on top of standard fare last i checked)
given some of the prices Virgin is throwing up at the moment (espically weekends !!) that little bit more with Maxjet seems worth paying IMO. i know this is a bargain hunt board but buisness class service at this price compared to Virgin is a bargain if you ask me.
please let a good airline start a price war on this route for cattle class travellers like me:T :T :T :TBetter in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -
very cheap TROPICANA offer.$49 on certain dates long availabilty.

Dear me the flight prices for my dates (3/7 ret 20/07) went through the roof this morning, both BMI and Virgin are at £740 each at the moment after a few months sat at £600 each. So Ive lost my nerve and booked with american airlines for £600 each.
I dont like this waiting for flights to go down malarky and seeing all the options increase by £300 one by one over the space of 30 minutes.
Anyway, flights booked, Vegas here we come.0 -

It really depends on what you're looking for and given those you have listed, TheHotel at Mandalay Bay might also be an option to consider.
Personally, of the options I would say Bellagio, but ONLY if it's a lakeview room - because that view is stunning. And that time of year you may want a nice pool - my recollection is that Bellagio's is nice, but very shallow...again, TheHotel might be a good one to consider as you have access to the MB pool which is awesome.
It would help to know what you're looking for, though...and what your priorities are...Bellagio is centre strip - so great location which has its benefits...MGM is massive which has its benefits...etc.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0
