*groan* the dietician and a shadowing student have been and the weight loss was not as good on their scales so even more annoyed but a little spurred on to get it moving again - I have let my exercise biking go so thats my target for the next 5 weeks - to do some everyday no matter how little - except i wont be able to next week ...um...oh well nothing I can do about that.

    had scrambled eggs for lunch

Well at least if you are on it, that is a start, :rotfl::rotfl: now you have to put your feet on the peddles, one each side :D and slowly push.......................

However they have what is known as an 'arm bike' in the gym for us old ones :rotfl: you sit on the seat, and peddle it with your arms your legs do nothing, it is great for 10 mins only!! :rotfl:

Oh Dear lots of people struggling this week.

The great thing about this thread is the support and that everyone feels they can come and let off steam and have a moan knowing that there is support here.

For me this week still having problems and up and down on the scales. Today was 13st 12lbs which seems a bit too much for me to have lost but put it down please Dragon and if I report a gain next week so be it.

Heads down girls and boys the old gent in the red suit is on the horizon.

    Love Ma
