Yay! Please put me down for a 5lb loss so far this month. :j

This has just been through cutting out rubbish at work. I haven't done any exercise yet but i think i will start doing a Nell McAndrew DVD tomorrow.

After a really bad start to the week , the last 4 days have evened it out and I have STS., was sure I had gained.

Been keeping a food diary, which has helped over past couple of days. Hope to continue it this week and hopefully post a loss next week.

Well done to all who have survived another week!!

Just a 0.5lb loss for me this week. In fact my scales seem to be unable to make their mind up and that's the middle of the readings I got. I haven't been very good this week...birthdays at work, too many cakes around and been out for meals twice this week and didn't even attempt to resist pud. But I have been on my LTT quite a bit so maybe that's keeping me in check

Monday weight in:- this week is a loss of -2 lbs!!!:j:T

That leaves 14 lbs to go, but I am going to dr's to see the nurse to check I am on the right track so to speak, I'll loose another couple of lbs then go.

BMi is well in the healthy section.

Also now as I only have 14 lbs to go, I don't want to loose more than 2 lbs a week, as the fat has gone, well most of it has, and I think to loose 5 lbs or so per week, like I was would be very stupid.

Hope you all do well for this week.

    xx

Weigh in day and after a week of eating salads and working out for an hour a day I've lost nothing. Well done to all those that have lost :)
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

I have had a bad week - lost the way totally and put on 2.5 lbs - very angry at myself and I have the dietician coming to day - I really did want to be at the target she set me - i was so close - think I had deprived myself too much and my body rebelled - well probably my brain did!!!

so it back to the drawing board and I am going to start a food diary again

I go away for a retreat on friday so not sure how good I will be able to stick to low fat things so need to be good till then or I will not lose my 7 for this month

I am so peed off with myself I could cry

sorry for the me me post I have no-one to talk to about this that understands

good luck to everyone this week

    RIGHT toots,

NO CRYING is allowed in this thread! :D:D:j:j

We all have hard weeks, you more than most with your health problems etc. We have all not lost weight some weeks, me included!

You WILL (and that is an order) have a wonderful week on retreat, I am sure if you have a quite chat to the cook or what ever they have there, and shown him / her your diet sheets from your dietician or what ever it is he /she leaves you with, I am sure they will do everything they can to accommodate your diet.

YOU must ASK them, knowing you, you won't!! :rotfl:

Just avoid the high fat stuff, and where you can opt for the green /fresh type stuff.

'See' you when you get back

    {{{hugs}}}

  • thanks Dragon hope your week is less stressful x

thanks Kaz :A:A:Afor the pep talk!:D I dont go away until friday so have a few days to get back on track - its self catering and the lady running it is doing the menu and the food - I have asked if I can help her but she is not organised for shopping yet so I dont want to hassle her any more!! Will just have to cope as best i can. We have to take all the food with us as it quite remote where we are going so they try to not have to make a trip to the nearest village. I am sure it will be fine.

I think I am generally a bit down and havent the enthusiasm for the weight loss - and I should actually be in for treatment next week so have postponed it so I am probably fatigued too.
