Yep I am here  (thank you for your concern)

(yesterday) Been messing around in London as a driver for someone who is getting a visa, then of course I get a problem with one of tyres on the car, then there is a road closure on the way back owing to tarmacing works, and so it goes on...........................

    Not been to the gym!
Have eaten a 2 finger kitkat!
Eaten a pink grapefruit yogurt this morning, painted the patio wooden surround, and cleaned the outside of the windows, and it is still only Wednesday!!!

Have a good day all, happy weight loss

Siren (I hope that is the right person) how are you getting on with the machine your hubby bought you??

It's pretty good. It's got 6 programmes, 3 weight loss and 3 intensity. I've started with the level 1 weight loss (he does level 3 ). It's what I consider a brisk walk, alternating between 4 1/2 and 5 km per hour. I've just upped it a little though, instead of walking the one minute bursts of 5kph, I've raised them to 6 and jogged instead. It certainly gets me "glowing" lol

It's this one, it was £250 with 20% off when we bought it. Glad we bought when we did!

Bit miffed that since I've started that I've not lost so much as a pound, but I am still doing pilates daily too so am hoping it's building muscles up. After an amazing start last month, it is disheartening to work so hard and not see the scales come down. Saying that, I've lost almost 3 inches from my waist !
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j
  • Another one here who will join in September. I would join now, but probably not a chance in hell of losing 7lb in two weeks (although I have lost 5lbs in the last two...)

Managed to do half an hour on the exercise bike on Monday but none yesterday, and I'm not feeling great today. I'll try and do a little bit, if I can.

I'm struggling with craving foods, and my tablets make me feel endlessly hungry at times...doing quite well today, though, so I'll try and keep it up.

I'm definately not on track to lose 7lb though, I don't think I've lost any :'(

hi everyone, didnt report in this week but actually scales have stayed the same which is not too bad as its been a bad one. Last friday I lost my young horse very tragically and couldnt eat till Saturday night when it was a chinese meal out with friends, then my tenants have not paid their rent and we have been warned of redundancies at work and so I have eaten a bag of crips, 2 bars of chocolate and 2 fairy cakes and not kept up with the exercise apart from basic care of the other horses.

Will give myself a kick over the weekend as I really wanted to get to 68kg by the end of August!

Oh dear half a pound gained this week. And the tape measure hasn't said anything nice either :(
But the odd thing is that some of my clothes feel better, one pair of trousers felt quite loose this week and even my engagement ring felt a bit looser. Have no idea what's going on!!

Sorry about the half pound on (but this still means you are 2.5 lbs down on the start of August!)
