Hi everyone
Reporting in for August. Pleased to say a further loss of 4 lbs for the month. Now 171 lbs (78 kgs) Not too bad considering I seem to be loosing momentum at the moment. Not really sticking to monitoring calorie intake!!
Must be strong and get back down to the nitty gritty to achive my target of 12 stone by beg of October.
Congratulations Dragon for yr good loss this month.

Forgot to weigh this morning so will go off weight at weekend - 6lbs for the month. Was hoping for more but have been a little lazy and had a week's holiday as well so could have been worse!0

Well, i've weighed myself tonight (while i was hungry) and i've lost 8lbs this month! :j I'm really pleased with that and am trying again for September.0
