good to hear that you are feeling better Kazw xx
ok confession time I slipped badly this week - wasnt paying enough attention and with my uncle's funeral was feeling a bit down - so wasnt eating properly - I have put on 2 lbs and I am very disappointed at myself so this week I must be very good - I have a weigh in with my dietician next week so want to be back on track and maybe even lose the 2 lbs that I didnt last week IYSWIM - in other words the target is 4 minimum this week.
I think I will try and post everyday how I have done so that I might have a better chance

hope you all have a good week - onwards and downwards?

    The treadmill has arrived!

I've just done the 30 minute weight loss program, came off and it was like I was walking on a cloud. No feeling in my legs at all lol

Not got up again yet though :p
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

    Well what a disaster!!!
Weighed in this morning and I've gained again...bleurgh!!!
    10st 1.75lbs :(
So I went shopping on my way home from work and bought lots of fruit & salad stuff, back to taking lunch to work tomorrow, salad salad salad
And if this month fails as much as last month we are starting slimming world for next month to see if that can shift us into shape.
I've just demolished the last of my bar of galaxy so now theres no choc left in the house so no temptation. And now I'm gonna get some housework done so maybe I can burn some calories that way.
Hope you're all better at this than I am.

  • Hey folks
Have decided to sign up to this...the last of the challenges I knew I had to do...cos paying off CC debt and making extra money seem much less scary than actually losing weight!! Ha ha! :rotfl:
Anyhow...I know I'm a bit late in joining, but I have been watching the weight so far this month, so I know what I started at, what I am now...and where I wanna go!!
Started at 210lbs, and so want to be 203lbs by the end of the month, and have lost 1lb so far, to be at 209lbs.
Here's to losing a few pounds here, and gaining in the other challenges!
    Cheers,
    Will

Hey everyone! Well done on all the losses this week! I can't believe it but I am now in the 12 stone odd club! My starting weight back at the beginning of June was 13 stone 9 and I couldn't remember being less that 13 and a half stone for a long time. However, have weighed myself during the night (what else are you supposed to do on a night shift?) and I now weigh...12 stone 12! So that's 4lbs since the beginning of August already! I think it actually has a lot to do with the nights to be honest. I eat about 5 pm before I head out to work (HM Veg lasagne so far this week) then a mugshot and a low fat rice pudding about midnight, then some fruit about 5am and then porridge or scrambled eggs when I get home. So I'm eating just without the snacking, and I'm getting more exercise. Usually I would get a lift to work or the bus but its cheaper to get the train. So I'm walking the 2 miles downhill to the station, then the 1.5 miles uphill the other end and then the reverse on the way back in the morning. 5 days in a row should be pleanty of exercise for the week!

    Hi all,

Tuesday already so I am nearly half way through my weigh-in week.
Out with friends doing the tourist thing and had a pub lunch yesterday (lamb henry & mash & veg) , not great but managed to say no to starter and dessert, only had 1 x orange juice to drink.

After saying I was going to cut bread out - I had a beef sandwich last night followed by a peach, but that was all - no chips, mayonnaise covered salad or anything.

Mini weetabix for breakfast today and friends have now departed so I can avoid the pub aswell.

So whilst not brilliant, there is still time this week to make amends.

Well done everyone else, Only one choc bar since 6th Feb, and 4 and half stone lost, my hat is off to you Kazwookie!!
    :T 2015 TARGETS :T

I think i am back on track - had a pretty good day yesterday and the only thing I ate that maybe I shouldnt have was the remains of a tomato bread with my soup.
have just had a nice salad for lunch and will be trying to cut the grass this avo so that should work some more off!
