I personally like chilled water, I have heard a discussion in the gym over this, but no one could come up with any medical evidence.

I've just eaten a 2 finger kit kat!

The only thing I've read about chilled water is that it burns more calories as your body has to heat it up.

Re the kitkat, totally jealous lol

My weigh in is tomorrow morning, I now feel fit enough to go to the gym at 6.30am first, to 'pay' for my kitkat!

Going to see if the gym will add on my week off owing to my tooth extraction, no reason why they should but if you don't ask you don't get, if they still say no I have lost nothing but asking.

    Hi All

Been playing silly burgers with my weight this week - wobbling around between 14st 4lb and 14st 0lb. Got a few issues with the old kidneys so just water retention I think because not changed what I am eating.

Anyway Dragon please put me down as 14st 1lb as that was what the scales said this morning and that seems about right to me.

    Love to all as ever

    Ma

If you are working out that much maybe you are building muscle and losing fat. You've lost so much already, I know it gets harder towards the end but I bet you enjoyed that kitkat!

Weekly weigh in time. I'm down 4 pounds for the week and I'm really chuffed. I started at 17st 1 and 5 weeks later am 15st 13. In my mind I've gone through 2 stone marks!!! :rotfl:

That's not right is it??? The start and end weights are correct but I'm stuffed if I know what I've lost in pounds anymore. That's a 16 pound loss in total which means I've lost 5 lbs this week??? Oh I don't know lol Just know I was 17 stone something and now I'm 15 stone something :D

Siren well done, starting weight 239 lbs, weight this week 223 lbs which means you have lost a total of 16lbs, ie 1 stone 2 lbs brill keep going. It is great feeling when the scales move from always showing say 16 stone to now showing 15 stone, then it will say 14 stones, and so on. Keep going you can and will get there................

That kitkat was the 1st bit of choccie / biscuit related thing I had eaten since the 6th Feb! I looked back in my food book........(sad or what!!) and it will be the last of that type till, this stone has gone..............

At the weekend some one asked me how much I had lost in total and it seemed odd says 4 and half stone, my mind still cannot accept that is what has gone........

Anyway health option apples and cheese (low fat varity, 20gms) salad for lunch.

Oh Wow, and I thought 5 weeks without chocolate was hard lol. I know what you mean about the weightloss. I went from a size 26 to a 10 about 10 years ago. It is weird. I kept telling people I'd "lost" Kylie Minogue :) I'm gutted that I regained it all and so pleased that it's started to come off again. I know I still have a very long way to go but feel so much better already. My treadmill should be here today, hubby is already talking about running the local half marathon
