Ruby_Eskimo, I currently have you as two pounds lost - should it be four?

Yep it should be 4 now. I reweighed myself yesterday because my trousers were seriously falling down at work and I was interested to see what was going on and yep, I'm 4lbs down on what I was at the beginning of August!

Well done - I wish my trousers were falling down. There are finally a little looser around the waist - I was determined not to go up a size.

I have lost 0.9 kilograms so I think thats about 1.9 pounds ? Been very busy at work which really helps as snacking is my major downfall when I am bored! Sticking to my 3 meals a day and smaller portion sizes.

I know it is not Monday and my weigh in day yet, but I know I have lost weight this week, I stood up in my office and my office type trousers fell down!!! :o:o

This is now the 4th pair of trousers I have that fall off, plus 2 pairs of jeans but I can wear belts with those, so my delima is do I keep them 'just in case' I put weight back on, or do I car boot / ebay / charity shop them??

Just came across this thread today and think the idea of focusing on 7lb loss at at time is great, so much more manageable. I will join in September if that is OK.
