awww - lovely pictures.
Charlotte nearly crawled just now. She's been getting up on her hands and knees and sort of bouncing on her knees, but she just crept forward a little bit before going flat again! She leaned how to get from sitting to her tummy and back again yesterday. Here I go again on my own....0 -

Hi to Platinum Horse and welcome to the thread and to parenthood :j. Hope Alfie is doing well.
Michelle, hope your mum realises that its not all about her soon and stops upsetting you. My MIL managed to comment on a single name from the top 100 girls list and said to DH 'who on earth would call their baby that? Its a dog's name'!:eek::eek:. Yep, you've guessed it, it was 'Poppy' but we still called her that anyway! She didn't know that was what we had chosen though and we still didn't tell her until after the birth.
Naming is so difficult even without beaky relatives :rotfl:and its so individual otherwise we would all be called Janet and John! (apologies in advance to any Janet & Johns!)

DH woke me up at 1am thinking we were being burgled!:rotfl:.0 -
DH said to me this morning i had woken him up. I know i feel the size of a small beached whale, but i am sure i didn't make the bed wobble that much.
We barely registered the earthquake until seeing the news. To be honest, we are both shattered with everything we are doing, and DS still being poorly with a tummy bug.
My sis watched him for the past 2 days, but DH is having the day off tomorrow with him as he is still grotty, and i really can't miss tomorrow as it is parents into school day (equivalent of parents evening). Hopefully he can go back to nursery on friday.
I felt really guilty as apparently he was off it and very quiet for most of the day, and then really perked up when i picked him up. Mum and sis were then saying is he like this at nursery. As if i need more guilt.
anyway, less whinging.
Has anyone heard anything from Bailey yet? Do we think she is in hospital as it has been a few days?

She hasn't been online for 2 days, not since 9.57pm on 25 Feb. I've got a good feeling about this.

My mum and my Grandad both told us not to tell anyone the names until after the baby is born because then it's too late for people to say anything.0
