I want to say a huge thankyou to everybody for all your lovely kind and supportive comments.
I feel a bit sick but don't regret anything. I had to confront things but feel quite upset. BUT....the truth is out so no more hiding things.

I've cleaned out all the animals, and fed and watered them. I've rinsed out my mugs as I've used them. And that's all. It's very liberating

Tru - can't you tell him to go rent a room somewhere and come back when he's grown up a bit? I've moved out when i was 20 and i appreciated what my parents did for me so much more after that!I would have been given my marching orders if i did that to my mum!Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

bramble1 - I'm very close to throwing him out.
He was spending most of his time at his girlfriend's place, he'd only stay here a couple of nights a week. So he knows how a house should run, he was actually doing it! He cleaned up after himself while he was there, so why not here? A couple of years ago, he completely gutted his room so moved out for 2 or 3 months while he did his room up. He shared a flat with his mate. He was a domestic angel while he was there too.Bulletproof0 -
tru the first time one of mine ever said that to me would have been the last, they would have been out the door double quick. He is 21 and quite old enough to fend for himself I left home at 16 and lived on my own until I was 19 when I got married It makes you appreciate what paying your way means ( I once was so broke I lived on custard for a week as I had some custard powder in the cupboard and the milkman delivered every day back in 1961)
