Anniestar I don't think for one minute that you are being self indulgent. Well done you :T and thank you for trusting your virtual friends with things that have not been easy to come to terms with in your life.
I hope that you now trust us enough to help you with your healing process.
Bless you x x xBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Afternoon all,
Good on you Anniestar! please remind yourself that you are a very clever, wonderful friend...because its true. Stay with us, we are all on your side.
Tru....how old is Master Tru? Love my children to bits but the first one of them suggesting that I didn't pull my weight in my house would have been out on their ear until they grew up a bit.
JackieG...as you have nothing else to do at present (!!) perhaps you would like to take that 'poor man' under your wing for a year or two...to put it mildly, that would soften your cough!! Love you really....
Feeling a bit sorry for myself to-day, had to have an haemorrhoid (?) lanced this morning as it had thrombosed....sorry if TMI, going to lie down in a bit to rest in a bit, take the pressure off IYKWIM.
Dinner will be salad with lo chicken and corned beef, had a big breakfast so neither of us will be hungry for hours. Spent €18 on pods for coffee machine, will not be offering as generously as I have been doing, costing almost €.40 per espresso so will be rationed for when people deserve it!
Have had a call from DD3 while I was typing so have now forgotten most of what I wanted to say....so please consider yourself thanked, congratulated, sympathised with or welcomed to the thread, which ever is appropriate, and have a hug with my compliments.

oh Marie, that made eyes water, poor you - you are probably overdoing it too you know! Make sure you get some rest. Ouch Marie:eek::eek::eek:
Annie - I think a lot of us on here have had to face our demons and will support you all we can x
Well another trip out and I think Im now organised for DS3 birthday - although he is acting like a spoilt brat at the moment and even his big sister, who dotes on him, has just about had enough of his tantrums. Now this is most unlike him as he is generally a very sunny chap so am wondering if he is sickening for something. Anyway he has been sent to bed - hopefully to sleep off his bad mood :mad::mad:
I really have to rein my spending in. It is always an expensive time of year as it's the time to replace worn trainers (twice a year) and clothes. There are also two birthdays and holiday spending :eek::eek: We need to start saving for a newer car as it is nearing the end but that will take a whils. I am determined not to get into any more debt so we will have to make do at the moment.
OS - I am also determined to focus on making more homegrown and home made food. This has gone to pot recently and I have just brought some ready meals from M&S. Looking at them I feel guilty but guess it's better than just not bothering to feed myself which tends to be my default position. I really enjoyed the food at Ragdale though and am determined to start cooking again. To that end, Kids Dad and I are making lasagne tomorrow for DS3 birthday tea - so will pop one in the freezer too.
Right DD off to work at the Co-op. Hugs xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

Tru. I still "do a Tru" here when I am feeling like you are now. Hope things improve soon without any drastic action. xxx

Afternoon all
Anniestar - good luck hun x
Kazzow - congrats on Toby
Sorry if I've missed anyone else but my brain is too tired to take it all in. Feelign less headachey today so the anti-biotics must be kicking in.
Bit of a frustrating day in work. Still doing our project in school garden but ran out of materials and all local shops were out of stock of what we needed  so we had to finish at 1pm and I gave work kids the afternoon off. Hopefully everything will be in stock tomorrow and we can crack on. I went back to office and finished off some paperwork. Also found out I'd passed my NVQ Level 4 in Advice & Guidance, did it through work but will be useful for other roles too.
Left work half hour early as had someone to come look at the leaky bathroom as it's affecting flat below. my letting agent and flat below's agent had a bit of an arguement over whose fault it is and who will pay for repairs :rotfl:. I kept well out of it, i'm outta here in 2.5weeks.
Not sure what to do tonight. I feel like going to shops to buy something nice for tea, but really should eat out of my cupboards/freezer to use up stuff before move.
OS wise -WM been on and will go out for hour or so to dry, Dw may go on if full enough, more packing needs to be done.
Have a good evening all
