Can't you understand that happened to the OP shows a severe failing on the part of the supermarket to follow basic food hygiene procedures? .
that isn't actually correct. Asda only sold the fish fingers and delivered them to the OP; the problem could have occurred anytime between them being boxed to the OP taking them out of the freezer. So unless they were Asda's own fish fingers they could have arrived at Asda in the same state and the supermarket have no control over it (unless they unbox and check everything that goes out of the door)0 -
