I was having another look on the site and noticed that any review on any product all has the date of 1st July 2011 all the same date eh . I know that we have confirmed it's a hoax scam website but just another point .

Just hope they can get the site closed down so no one else ends up in our shoes .

Surely google checkout can see what bank account the money went into . So so (replaced my swear word) mad . The guy is prob holidaying with our bloody money .

I reported the site ebuy4u.com to Google, requesting they stop listing it.

Tbh with or without this thread I would be very put off from buying from a business with a domain like ebuy4u.com
  • Same sad story here, TV ordered, failed deliveries, uncontactable...not much more to say!!!
  • I'm not sure the spelling or grammar is important more the information . People are upset and just writing fast . Nothing else

Well I've cancelled my credit card, contacted Google checkout, reported ebuy4u to Trading Standards and order a vacuum cleaner from Amazon.

I've never been trapped by a scam before. I'm just hoping that since loads of other people seem to be affected we should get our money back. I hope so - £225 is a lot of cash to lose.

Thanks everyone for all the updates today - been a great help. :)
