I ordered a Nintendo Wii from them back on 6th July with expected delivery of 15th July, obviously it's still not here and they are no longer responding to my emails! Google Checkout have contacted them but thankfully I can go through my credit card too! I can't believe they can get away with this sort of thing, makes me so angry!0

who are u with mate?, im with rbs and also have a visa devit, i rang them this morning, they said they can help, basically they told me to ring them back on the 29th (which will be 15 days after purchase) and then they said they will take over and try and get me my money back, I have also rang the office of fair trading and reported it to them aswell, they said ring back tomorrow if still no deliverey and then will take matter further as this will then be classed as fraud.

My credit card company have said they can't investigate until 30 days after specified delivery date, which is a pain as I may still incur interest for the transaction. It's just a waiting game for us all now by the sounds of it...0
