  • tank girl - check your old email from google - one that says wait 5 business days and if not click here - I think that was my problem and after hunting every email and reading this again I have clicked it and it deals with the case number (instead of creating a new mediation case) and google has got back to me already . Try this

Thanks for this tip - it worked! I had ignored this option, as it seemed pointless going through the whole process again, but when I logged the complaint again I got the refund email. :)

I'm heartened to hear people are getting joy from Google... I contacted them with a refund request over a week ago & haven't heard a dickie bird. Have gone through the process again today - maybe they'll give me the courtesy of a response this time... It seems impossible to contact them in any other way than via the website... no email address, no phone number... guess I'll just have to keep trying & hope for the best...

goto http://!!!!!!/us-companies.html and look under Internet, Telecoms & Computing (USA & Canada) you will find the email of their CEO

always look forward safe site logo's, SSL certificates etc...it's not fool proof but can certainly help.

    not 100% true

    domain £8 a year
    hosting £3 a month
    ded IP £1 a month
    SSL cert £10 a year
    web template FREE
    dropship account FREE

so for approx. £ 66 a year anyone can set up website, get an account with a dropshipper and the site would look professional and secure with 100s of goods.

and they can just be out to scam buyers, so £66 a year (£5.50 a month) and they could scam 1000s of pounds a month
  • What is the first step i need to take in getting my refund, I whent through google checkout but am still stuck, Could you guys who have your money back from google please help.

    Jack
  • I have also just received my refund from Google Checkout (well an EMail saying that they would process a refund within 3 days) .. so am happy as I bought using a Debit VISA Card. Hope everyone else has a similar experience ... will be sticking with my "known" suppliers play.com / amazon / misco / pixmania etc in future. Once bitten twice shy !!
  • Finally we have good news, full refund given, jus gotta wait 3 working days!! :rotfl:
  • I ordered a dishwasher from this company paid thru google checkout, decided against buying it as had other unexpected bills in, v nice man said no probs will put amount back onto your card this will take 5days, we still have no credit sent to our account, have rung the same number back, this now says your account is now blocked, I have no way of getting thru to these people. have rung Tesco as I paid on my Tesco CC they r now sending paper work out so I may b able to get my money back, but they did say because I cancelled the order it's basically my fault! I if any one could give me any more tips on have to try and retrieve my money back I would much appreciate it, as I am now £228 down and no dishwasher, upset is not the word. J
