  • Google checkout say I should receive a refund in 3 days. I don't know whether I believe that, but my 30 days are up on the 9th, so watch this space. I lost £875 to them :(

I've had this email this morning. Let's hope it is going to be sorted as quickly as they say.
  • I also had the same email from Google.
  • I haven't had an email from Google checkout and am wondering why. Had you completed the mediation process?

That's just what I did. Have you claimed the money back from you bank/card company? I'm just doing that now.

Credit card company said I would have to wait 30 days from when payment was taken, as by law seller has up to 30 days to deliver so with them I have to wait until that time has passed before I can claim, so I am hoping google checkout are true to their word and refund within three working days

I have only just found out this morning that Ebuy4u.com is a complete scam! I wondered why my Wii I ordered hadn't arrived so I tried calling but just sounded engaged. I then done a bit of 'googling' about them and came accross this forum. I couldn't believe it!
Anyway, its just about sunk in and I have also set things in motion with google checkout and my bank.
I paid by visa debit but the guy on the phone seemed confident i would get my money back if they indeed turned out to be fraudulent.

Good to hear that google have replied to others about refunding in 3 days, keep us posted.

I just can't believe people get away with these kind of things. First time its happened to me, will certainly be a bit more careful in the future!!!

Hello, I'm joining the club of Ebuy4u.com customers without goods and very annoyed. Bought a PS3 SLIM Gaming console from this bunch of criminals, paid on 18th July still waiting after they said despatched on the 19th. Have contacted my VISA Debit card issuer who informs me that I need to fill in forms and then allow 14 days for investigations before they will even consider a chargeback. Google Shopping were even less helpful just giving me an auto response saying we will investigate but leave it a further 5 days for Supplier to respond. I have to say that this supplier "G#### S###" is probably long gone with our money. I even tried contacting Janis Fashions another of the trading names and Google Streetviewing the premises which seem genuine.
