Sounds like a few of you have bought the samsung fridge freezer I have £330 - I also have to wait 14 days until my bank will do anything or at least try too. so shocking . Just hope you can all get your money back ....me too .

We bought a Dyson for £225 :mad: same story we will deliver between 5 and 7pm - no goods -visa credit card fraud department now dealing with it.

It is a scam !!!!

my visa debit is with halifax, I will call them in the afternoon and see what they say
i cannot believe i did purchase from those people, i am always so careful!

i to ordered a hotpoint fridge/freezer for 375 only 25 pound cheaper than comet but also had the 3 year cover which swayed me was due between 5 7 20 july and you know what it dident turn up i even phoned 2 days before to ask if thay would take the old one away

oh yes the guy said but there will be a 10 pound charge

Right people, even more confirmation this is a scam, i have just been on the phone to dpd, they said they havent got an account with "ebuy4u" or "ranis fashions ltd" ,
