Coffee and I have had a relationship most of my adult life....when men and I weren't on speaking terms, coffee and I were, when men and I were on speaking terms coffee and I maintained our relationship...in the way only best friends can. Coffee has been there when I do eat and when I don't, when I smoked and now I don't, when I'm ill and well. I feel like coffee has dumped me when all I wanted was some space for a while.
Start slowly - not too hot, not too strong - one shot not three. Nice cup, nice coffee shop, savour the atmosphere, drink with friends.

I had an americano....where as usually a macchiato gal. (I'll drink a cappucio in the mornings).
I do feel nicely caffiened up but I have heartburn (maybe it was too big when I usually have it shorter and stronger) and ...it just tasted not nicely dirty but fairly unpleasantly sleazy.0 -
Anyone think that just from reading LIRs posts we could guess how long FIR has been away. Perhaps you need to add a rabbit to your menagerie?lostinrates wrote: »I had an americano....where as usually a macchiato gal. (I'll drink a cappucio in the mornings).

Hi I'm PN, I've phoned you before. I need your help in getting services in place for old. Recently bereaved she is now going to be living on her own and I don't know how to get the necessary support in place for her to be safe in her own home. This is urgent as I am leaving on XX and she can't properly manage herself.
silvercar's right PN. That's exactly the sort of thing that you can say. Remember with the advocacy service there are essentially three bits they can help you with:
1) Basically unravelling what's needed given neither you nor old can easily communicate what you require.
2) Helping beat up the local authorities to get the old support.
3) Acting as a much needed support for you, at a time Pastures where you also need help.
You just need to say what Silvercar mentioned and that as an Aspie you don't have questioning skills (they should remember that or have a record anyway, its just if you get a new person). They ought to be able to take it from there. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing?
