No idea how much the Lanson was.
I usually wander down the road and think "mmm pizza", then read a couple of menus and consider £8 to be way overpriced..... so hot foot it down to a supermarket and get a 10" or so pizza for £2-2.50 from the chiller, then get £5.50 of other food for the week and walk out of there happy that instead of taking the easy option I've just fed myself for nearly a week for the same money0 -

I would walk except it's 8am in the morning, not a morning person (not for a 25 minute walk anyways). And dropping bike off in his garage.
I still drive the other day anyways, we take it in turns.I hope it is more reliable than the car...but it won't be as warm or as dry over the winter
My car is neither warm nor dry, so it matters not. take 10 minutes for the demisting so i might as well cycle
and it's free exercise. :j:j0 -
Hi guysI'd like a little shed at the bottom of my garden like this I have decided.
I don't think I'd ever get it through planning permission, though.lostinrates wrote: »the artical/picture doesn't load for me, just the title. I want one now and haven't even seen it!
I can't load it either, but is it the same as this one?

Oh god....middle son has just let loose on his father's facebook profile, pretty much saying what a hopeless father he is and asking why doesn't he use some of his holiday seeing his kids instead of going away and having fun.
It will be me who gets it in the neck.....We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Good question though, isn't it?0 -
The 'Hobbit House' is the same one dopester used to use as his avatar.
Personally, I think it's a bit fanciful. I have a badly built 'shed' at the bottom of my garden, which looked like a prospect for migrating to while we did this place up. Then I saw what happened in there during winter and I got real. I wouldn't even store the furniture in there! :eek:0 -
With your land, I'd have bought a big, cheap touring caravan and parked it in the garden, rather than living in the shed.0
