Downloaded the soundtrack to Sucker Punch last week. Crap movie, great soundtrack.

    Highly recommended.

Some of my all time favourite tunes covered by modern artists. Eurythmics, Queen, and the legendary Pixies- Where is my Mind..... Re-arranged and re-recorded as a duet. Never, ever, ever thought the day would come when I would enjoy listening to anything written by Frank Black remixed with a string section...... But there you are.

One of the best tracks this weekend viva.

    Should be a good race.

Its a favourite of mine too. One day I'll get to go there but you just can't guarantee the weather. I've had a look at the weather forecast and its currently due to be sunny all weekend. Given previous races though, not sure that's both sides of the circuit and at the same time;).

I'm hoping someone - anyone - will give Vettel a run for his money.

Its a gorgeous morning. Which is just as well. I've just found out...my mother is on her way to my house. I am NOT thrilled.

Something I really hate is people, even related people ''just popping by''. I like a phonecall first...even.. ''hey, I find my self ten minutes round the corner, are you available for a coffee?''

Thankfully my father decided that it was worth ''warning'' me and called.

oh, and my neighbours are back tomorow from an epic three week holiday. I've been feeding the relief milkers for breakfast most days and I'll be glad for a break from that!

Looking forward to it. Probably the finest circuit on the calendar, always interesting, especially in changeable weather.

Did anyone see that documentary on F1 safety on BBC a couple of days ago? It was shocking to see the complete lack of safety measures in the 50-60-70's and the number of fatalities was horrendous. Luckily those days are long gone.

Pulled my onions yesterday. Best crop I've ever had. Well over 100!
Plenty of them are 4 inches across. Only lost 4 to bolting/splitting/mould.

Now how do you do pics again?

Upload to Tinypic or similar, get code from them, paste here.

I'll be pulling [STRIKE]mine[/STRIKE] :o my onions pretty soon. Did them from seed for the first time and now wish I'd planted more. :)

Red Bull seem to cope best when they have time to prepare, like at the start of a season but i think we all want a change. I'd be happy if someone outside the top 3 teams gets on the podium :)

You can guarantee that it will rain at some point over the weekend :D
