    Hi All,

Am I to late to transfer my balance of £2000.00? I hope not. Anyway I phoned HSBC today and they will take my balance but at a £40.00 transfer fee.

Do you know of any 0% with no transfer fee with and with a minimum term of 6-12 months?

    Thanks for your help.

I love MBNA for there balance transfer deals.

You have a large balance with them, the 6/9 months low interest deal runs out they won't offer you anything decent after that so BT to another card. A week later they send a letter offering BT rate of 0% for 6 months.

Rinse and repeat. (happened to me x3 times now) lol

Yes, same here. When my 1st 0% BT ran out I was about to ditch it for another 0% deal. However they said if I put another BT on the card, it would still be 0% fee and 0% for 6 months. So I paid off the £2K that I had on the card with my savings, had to wait 3 working days (to make sure everything cleared) then put the £2K back on again!

I hoping the same will happend again this April as I've got £2K on a 0% 6mth B&Q card that runs out end of May.

Just thought I'd post an update in case anyone is experiencing a delay on their application. I applied on 15th, got the "we'll contact you by post shortly" email pretty quickly. I phoned them last night to find out whether they had sent said paperwork and they told me that they have a backlog to deal with, that they were dealing with applications from the 13th yesterday, 14th today, and 15th on Friday. Once they've dealt with each day apparently they will be calling or emailing to let you know.

So there you go. (I think I've been rejected though).

Just a tip when applying for this card an M&S agent told me its better to opt to pay by direct debit as it gives a higher chance of being accepted and given a higher limit :)
