Thank you. His relationship with me is how he chooses it to be, I have an old mobile that he has the number for. I will keep it till youngest is 18 in case he wants to talk to the children. Then it will be thrown away. The rest is up to him.

sorry if I sounded down on you

It will be his loss in the long run. Of course, your kids are missing out on a relationship with their Dad, too, but lots of kids do and get by just fine. My half brothers did, because my Dad and their Mum were both idiots. Now, though, everyone's grown up and they have a great relationship. Some men (like my Dad) aren't cut out to be Dads to younger kids, but are great Dads to adult kids. I'm not saying this is ok - far from it - but in my experience, this does happen.

Please don't be sorry - I can see exactly why you feel the way you do about women like me :):o

Mark, I manipulated nobody in "snagging" my man. I was there if he wanted me, and he chose me. I never once asked him to leave. I never once begged him to leave. I never once promised him the moon if he left. I never once withheld favours. I never once pretended to be something I wasn't. I got on with my life and he decided he wanted to be part of it.

Its Marker btw. If I wanted to be called Mark I would have opted for that username.

My patience for women (and men) that get involved in a marriage/family is less than limited, so our tooing and froing is going to be short. Your manipulation started when you were "there for him" should he wish to join you, during his marriage. Its like sticking a chocolate brownie infront of a fat kid and saying, you can eat it if you want!

Yes, all of them. Usually start at a young age. "Daddy Please" ring a bell. All starts from back then.

So yes all women are devious and manipulators, any that disagree are also liars. Considering you spent a considerably time in a web of lies and deceit I can only assume you are in the liars category, or in a nicer way in denial.

Lotus-eater, its not just about loose easy women trying to get their hooks into you, which in your case would be few and far between ... its about everything, from tidying your room, to that new pair of shoes. Gentle persuation from a woman usually has a hint of manipulation behind it!

Some daddys are actually more interested in their mistress/ son/ work/ hobby/ something else, than their little girls.

You mean some men will actually tidy up when asked, or listen to a woman's opinion on clothing? Or is that just you?

FWIW, any woman with an ounce of sense does not need or want to manipulate anyone, she is self-sufficient and values equal relationships. A savvy man would walk away at the first sign of manipulation. My husband certainly would have!

In my experience like attracts like and many men are also manipulative. My first (older) boyfriend was a case in point. He wanted a wife, I was 17, he was 22, and he convinced everyone around me, (including my parents) that I would be good for us to marry. Thank heaven I didn't bow into the pressure. Shudder!!!! _pale_

Maybe you need to consider why you are attracting (or are attracted to) manipulative women. :)

    I've been Money Tipped!
Here's the truth (shhh) men allow themselves to be "persuaded" in a special way by their ladies, so they get what they want.
You think you're in control, nope, t'other way round :D

I suspect he doesn't attract ANY women with that attitude.

Maybe he's gay, that would explain the women hating problem, or maybe his Mum treated him badly.

I'm not devious or manipulative at all.

You say starting from a young age with Daddy. My Dad would give me anything I wanted, but I don't ask him for anything because that would be taking the pee out of him.

I'm currently typing on a laptop with 13 missing keys. My Dad has offered to buy me a new one, he asks me at least once a week for the past 8ish weeks to tell him which one I want and he'll buy it for me.

If I was a manipulative b!tch, I would snap his hand off wouldn't I? I could ring him now and ask him for a grand. He'd say Yes, but that would be taking the p!ss and I don't take the p!ss out of my nearest and dearest at all.

Same with my husband, the only thing I ask of him, is to put the bins out! :D

If I want something, I get it or do it myself (apart from the stinky bins) and I don't need to manipulate anyone.

You mean some men will actually tidy up when asked, or listen to a woman's opinion on clothing? Or is that just you? Some yes, more often than not there has to be a bargaining tool in there somewhere, to get them to lift a finger.
