            It sounds like a classic case of bullying. The manager is trying to break your spirit for her own 'amusement'/power trip. She's trying to see how far she can push you before you snap. I'd try and calmly state that you will stick with what you agreed to, where possible, before you end up working 7 days a week for fear of losing your job.
 P.S. I can honestly say that I'd be just as likely to buy knickers off a sales assistant wearing trousers as wearing a short skirt!0

            If you don't have the system of clocking in and out then I don't think she will get paid as there will be no record of working.0

            I checked with the advisory centre I volunteer for and they said there should be no problem I will just have to increase my hours spent with them and maybe attend the prime contractor twice a week. But this is all conjecture at the moment until I find out for certain like everyone else in September.
 Someone also said everyone has to do a months work placement at the beginning of this work programme but again nobody really knows.......  unless the contract states they have to give notice then they dont. i used to get asked if i was working over 5 minutes before my shift ended.ok so the notice on an extra days work is how much? I thought it was 24 hr notice?

 usually it is only salaried professional type jobs were people get conned and not paid for over time.0

 Maybe she wont. Who knows.
 However it is not Sarahs fault or the fault of her colleagues if the manager cant or wont stick up for herself is it? So even if the manager does have a problem with this herself she shouldnt be bloody well taking it out on her staff. Its shockingly unproffesional not to mention downright nasty.0
